My uncle was previously a resident at Linden Square. It's never an easy decision for a family to make alternate living arrangements for loved ones when their level of care becomes too much to handle at home. I have to say Linden Square truly helped this transition. They were very attentive to his needs, made it feel like home to him, and eased our anxiety with him having to live somewhere other than "our" home. A special shout out to Jake Jones whom really spent extra time with my uncle. He would listen to his stories on repeat and never even flinched when he heard the same story a 1000 x before. He would encourage him to play bingo and attend the men's club, even when my uncle was resistant to leaving his room. He would frequently pop in to check on my uncle if he missed any of the extra curricular activities. At Easter, he even dressed up like the Easter Bunny to bring smiles to all of the residents! My favorite was when I was visiting my uncle, I noticed Jake was taking extra time to paint a sweet lady's fingernails! It was adorable and definitely beyond his normal job responsibilities. This level of passion and commitment is hard to find and we are so appreciative of the care and attention he received. Thank you for all you do!

Linden square is a community I have been going to for the last few years. The staff is so caring and inviting. I especially enjoy working with Bonnie an Jake in activities. They truly care about there residents and keeping them engaged. I attended there last family event this week where we had delicious pumpkin pie and fun games where the residents and family members shared lots of laughter. It was wonderful to see all the joy they bring!

Linden Square is a wonderful facility. My mom lived there for 7 years before she passed away a short time ago. They have wonderful staff that took excellent care for my mother. Reggie and his wonderful smile and magical smile made my mom’s day. She would say “He’s showing all 32.” Thank you guys for all that you do, we know it’s not easy.

I visited this community and had a really nice experience. I like that it is all on one single level, and located close to different amenities. It was clean and has lots of parking. The care staff seemed very friendly, and the residents are provided an extensive list of fun group activities.

I was visiting my aunt and Jake, I think he does bingo, stopped by. He seemed to know about her life and treated her respectfully, as though she were a friend. He really brightens her day. Jake and Bonnie and all of the staff are just the best!

The staff goes above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all the residents. The facility itself thoughtfully designed to feel like home rather than an institution. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are perfect for socializing, relaxing, or participating in one of the many daily activities. What sets Linden Square apart is the staff — they treat every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect. It’s clear that they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. From medical support to personalized care plans, they ensure every need is met promptly and with kindness.

Nice little Senior Living community in a rural setting, but close to shopping, schools, and library. Attentive care staff, and a very extensive daily activities program to keep residents engaged and social.

I’ve been very pleased with the recent improvements at Linden Square Senior Care. Under new management, the facility has begun a series of thoughtful upgrades that are making a noticeable difference in both comfort and accessibility for residents. One significant improvement is the installation of LVT plank flooring throughout the building, replacing old carpet. This not only gives the interior a fresh, modern look but also makes it easier for residents to move around safely and comfortably. Outside, new concrete ADA-compliant ramps have been installed around the building, improving accessibility to and from the parking lot. These ramps are a welcome and practical addition that enhance safety and ease of movement for residents, visitors, and staff alike. What continues to stand out at Linden Square is the tenured and engaging staff. They create a warm, welcoming environment and are genuinely invested in the well-being of each resident. Their commitment is what truly makes Linden Square feel like home. With the recent upgrades and dedicated leadership, it’s clear that Linden Square Senior Care is moving in a positive direction.

Dear Linden Square team, memory care ~ I wanted to share how special your program is and how much we loved and appreciated the care that you took of my brother, Chris F who passed away on 8/25. He was challenged with Down Syndrome and Alzheimer's. Your care for Chris and our family was above and beyond. You took the time to understand his needs and help all of us transition into a new level of care. Patti Alber started the process with her thorough intake process, helping us to understand what was needed and then coordinating with PACE to make sure all requirements were met. She was kind, responsive and knowledgeable. Brittany, who has since left, was also wonderful in her support and concern for his medical needs. Misha was also responsive and helpful as we worked through the kinks. The team in his Memory Care unit were exceptional aside from one incident that was handled very well when I expressed my concerns. I want to give huge thanks to - GG and Elena - they are the most decent, kind, compassionate and helpful humans I have had the joy of seeing do exceptional work. GG went out of her way to problem solve to keep Chris safe and happy. I watched her interact with all of the residents with this care and I can’t thank her enough. GG, you made our hearts so happy when we knew you were caring for Chris. Elena, your caring heart and competent skills also left us feeling so safe with Chris being out of our care and sight. Thank you for your kind words and compassion at all times. We are so grateful for you. Silvia and Reggie were also wonderful and competent. Friendly toward us and other visitors and helped Chris feel comfortable by talking his language - music and superheroes. Bonnie in activities brought joy to Chris’s days. Thank you, Bonnie, Jake and all of your activity staff, for working so hard to make sure that Chris and all of the residents have meaningful activities and joy in their days no matter where they were in their memory care journey. I have the best picture of Jake and Chris doing the cardio drumming. It meant so much that you took the time to play with him. Kevin in maintenance also was instrumental. From setting up his room to having kind words for us, he was such a pleasure to talk with. He was so sweet to try and see Chris and say hi, talk about the Lions whenever he was around. I know there are other staff in his unit that I am forgetting to thank or didn’t know their names. Please pass on our thanks to the entire team for all that they do to care for the most vulnerable in our society. They are all a gift and deserve all of our praise. You have assembled a dream team for our family members. We also wanted to give appreciation for the way that Linden Square allowed us to make Chris’s room his own. He had his decorations and comfort items. They helped ensure that he had what he needed and we appreciate that you care about this aspect of allowing residents to feel at home away from home. Although our stay at Linden Square was short and it was hard to place Chris in a facility, you helped us in so many ways to transition. We felt so welcome every time we visited and were able to enjoy family time within the memory care setting which was so wonderful. Thank you for all you do in caring for your residents. We are forever grateful. Sincerely, Lisa A Sister of Chris F
