After recently buying a new house and noticing some damage to the current guttering through leaks. I asked e-mailed Sam for a quote. He arrived the next day to inspect the property. I asked that he be honest with me and provide me the best solution suited to the damage. He gave me a quote for a full replacement, as well as adding a few extras at my request (such as a new downpipe in the back and removing a water butt I had no use for). He was polite and professional. The guys arrived at 8am on the day to carry out the work and were finished within 3 hours, I didn't get their names but they respected the property and were polite. The leaking has stopped and they assured me if I did have any issues in the future, just to call. Would recommend for any of this type of work.

Gutters and fascias are one of those areas that are so easy to overlook as a homeowner. But having been left with water damage in our brickwork partly due to leaky gutters, we knew that our 1980s gutters needed replacing when renovating. This job was sadly needed more urgently after our gutters were hanging off after a flat roof installation. This had also resulted in a terrible racket during heavy rainfall. Sam and the team from Lincolnshire Fascias did a fantastic job not only in terms of the installation, but also providing advice on how we could simplify our previously overcomplicated setup to reduce potential problems in the future. Investing in new guttering is a considered investment. But having seen my neighbours opt for cheaper quotes and end up with gutters that become water fountains when it rains, I know we made a wise choice. Unlike other companies, this team integrates the guttering with your roof tiles. This makes it a longer job, but ultimately is the proper way of doing things. Also, the communication is very clear about what to expect and when the team will be there. The guys who do the installation are extremely friendly which again, takes the stress out of having tradespeople on the property. All in all, if your gutters have had it and you want the job done properly, Lincolnshire Fascias should be your first port of call.

We had many quotes for our fascias and soffits job we had done on our house and found the price fair. Sam the guy who came round to do the quote was professional and straight up and honest. We agreed on a price there and then after he did the quote in 5 minutes. None of this rubbish I will get back to you in a few days. Sam is very experienced and this showed. The fitting team were excellent and again professional. The work was not rushed and the did a fantastic job. The guys even did a great job of cleaning up at the end. Sam and his team were excellent. From our initial chat with Sam we were happy that the quote was within our budget & the work would be completed exactly as required. The installation team arrived on time & cracked on. Over two days they have done an absolutely first class job & our old, rotten fascias & soffits have been replaced with modern, clean UPVC ones. I booked Lincolnshire facias to replace my guttering, deposit was paid date was booked, the guys turned up around 8:30 did a great job finished by 1 pm thanks guys great job.

Would highly recommend this company, lovely guy came out to quote and explain everything. When the workmen turned up they were very polite, cleaned up after themselves both days and just got on with the job. I felt like I was leaving my house in good hands and had no worries. The job has just been finished today so time will tell if there's any issues but I don't expect any because these guys experience in the trade showed. Very highly recommend, worth saying twice :)
