On the weekend of June 3rd, I was apart of a group that booked this limo company a month in advance. Leading up to the event, we had paid the deposit and followed up continuously confirming times, dates and locations.
Upon the day of the event, we waited outside of our hotel, and about 10 minutes after the time the limo was supposed to arrive, we called head office to ask where our limo was. Rachel said that the driver had a family emergency and confirmed that the driver would be there between 2:45 and 3:00pm. We understood and even discussed perhaps giving the driver an extra tip as we have all had bad days with family emergencies and hoped he was okay.
At 3:10pm, the driver had not come. We waited outside of the hotel the whole time, and did not see him. We called Rachel once again, who said that he was in the parking lot and the bell hop sent him away and that the driver was in the falls but heading home.
However, the stories did not add up as we were waiting in the very parking lot that the driver said he was in and the bell hop confirmed there was no limo sent away.
Another phone call to Rachel, and not only was she refusing to send another driver, or even telling the actual driver to come back, she became quite abrasive with our party. She said that she was having issues and it was not possible to transfer back our deposit... After about 10 phone calls from multiple people in the event - she finally emailed the deposit back.
After the chaos of the day, we wanted to talk to the company in person. After going to the listed address, no company existed at this address. Based on all above evidence, I have a hard time trusting the integrity, let alone the legitimacy of this company. I would not recommend this "company" to anyone...except the Business Bureau as a case to investigate.
