Lightning Pool Service & Repair

I have had Eddie from Lightning pools take care of my pool for over 5 yrs. Originally he took over from my dissatisfaction from another service with salt water system and corrected the problem in a timely efficient manner. It is such a pleasure having Eddie - I never worry about being taken advantage of. He always responds when I do have questions about anything and I trust him and this company. It’s a good feeling.

So thankful to Eddie and Alex for assisting me with my pool needs as I had leaks on my pump and salt cell equipment. Alex who did the repairs and cleaned my pool filter was outstanding performing tasks promptly and professionally demonstrating knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend them!!! I had no success with two previous pool repair companies that came to assist me, so for me they are the one to call for all your pool needs and repairs!

Eddie is awesome. Alex is great. Always on time. Gets the job done as requested every time. Would recommend highly to anyone! I’ve used him for years. Getting my filter cleaned has never been easier.

I am remiss in writing a review for this absolutely wonderful pool service company. My Pentair pump, only a few years old. Would not prime. A plumber friend had replaced some of the PVC pipes and completely screwed up the entire system. ( hey guys, don't make my mistake and hire an expert over a friend!). Anyway, the service tech, Alex, had a good laugh at my friend's usage of plumber black pvc piping and properly replaced those pipes and properly routed the plumbing through the filter. He also removed a pool heater that hadn't worked in a number of years. Alex was absolutely informative about the pool system and how it was supposed to work. Upon his leaving, I promised a review and you know how it is, you get busy and while you think about it, you procrastinate the days away until whoops, you need them again. Well that's what happened. All of a sudden my pool pump stopped working again. Odd I thought but sent the pool service a note to see if they could come check it today. They were so great, called first thing this Monday morning, and Alex, the service tech, promptly came to check the pump this morning. He laughed and said it was going to be easy to fix! The "easy" fix was because I had turned on the pump's "external" control sensor! So despite Alex having shown me previously, he again patiently went through how to operate the pump with me and how that external control sensor for the pump had been initiated by me. While being a little embarrassed about not learning it earlier, Alex was extremely kind and understanding. I appreciated his sense of humor Based on my personsl experience with these nice young men; Eddie Ruiz, the owner, and his expert pool tecnician, Alex, should you need pool maintenance service, these are the one's to call!

Eddie is amazing and is my go to for all pool related services. Prices are great for his knowledge, I never had any issues and response times are great as well. Highly recommended!
