Robert was very knowledgeable in addressing the issue that I had with my washing machine. I didn’t understand why my washer was overflowing with water. He looked at the issue and fixed it immediately. He was professional, on time and provided me with tips on taking better care of my washer. Highly recommend.

Lightning Appliance is truly the best. Frigidaire sent another service company to fix an issue with our refrigerator and the matter was not fixed. Lightning Appliance was then given the service job and did an excellent job. They also followed back up with me some days later to ensure everything was working as it should. If there is any service issues with our Frigidaire appliances in the future I know the only service company I will be requesting will be Lightning Appliance. Service and customer service remarkable! My refrigerator (6 year old, Jenn Air in my newly bought townhome) is not maintaining a cool enough temperature and food keeps spoiling and this is a health risk. I scheduled with this company through my home warranty and waited 3 weeks for the service appointment. The appointment was confirmed after scheduling. I took half a day off work, as a single parent, one income-home, for this appointment. I called the company to again confirm the visit the day before and my appointment had magically disappeared. They offered the following day.... I CANT TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF OF WORK. I am irate and trying to feed my kids without a functioning fridge and am now without a plan.

I have been trying to have my new stove fixed since April. At the first visit I was told a part needed to be ordered & they'd be back next week. No contact received after that. I scheduled another appointment in June and they came out & said it was an electrical problem. The outlet was pulling 120 & needed 140 - or something like that. Two electricians & hundreds of dollars in service calls later there's nothing wrong with the electricity. I had another appointment with this company today & nobody called or showed up. At this point I'll probably just buy another stove.

My washer/dryer machine wasn’t draining and was making noise. I called and they set me up an appointment and even called when the technician was on the way. My technician was on time and was very respectful as he was doing the job. Afterwards he even gave us tips on how to maintain our washer. Overall, I will definitely be using this company again for any of my appliance issues.

Contacted this company on a Sunday & Denise answered. She has been so helpful & polite the entire time. The tech that came out was very helpful and nice, as well. They are very knowledgeable. I will recommend them any chance I get!

Excellent work!!! :-) My refrigerator’s ice maker wasn’t working. And he replaced it for a reasonable price. Luckily for me, he replaced it on the same day instead of waiting for days to receive new parts. Thank you!!!
