My refrigerator (6 year old, Jenn Air in my newly bought townhome) is not maintaining a cool enough temperature and food keeps spoiling and this is a health risk. I scheduled with this company through my home warranty and waited 3 weeks for the service appointment. The appointment was confirmed after scheduling. I took half a day off work, as a single parent, one income-home, for this appointment. I called the company to again confirm the visit the day before and my appointment had magically disappeared. They offered the following day.... I CANT TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF OF WORK. I am irate and trying to feed my kids without a functioning fridge and am now without a plan.
