When I contacted Lifetime Roofing & Renovations they responded immediately. Their representative was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products and services. His quote for the project was very reasonable compared to other companies that I contacted. Their workers were very professional and did an excellent job. I was very pleased and impressed with their work. I would highly recommend them for their services.

I would recommend Lifetime Roofing. We needed new gutters and resurfacing of our sunroom roof. Our project manager, Matt M, was professional, communicative, and thorough. From the initial quote to when the work was complete, he took care of us every step of the way.

Needed to have our roof replaced. Lifetime Roofing is great! Gui from Lifetime stopped by the same day I called in for an estimate, and he was able to get us a very competitive price. Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Brad and Paulo were great to work with. Both were very available even at odd hours. They made the reroofing project run smoothly. When rainy weather interrupted, they rescheduled and promptly got things done between storms. The new roof is beautiful and has already stood up to very nasty weather without issue. Lifetime also replaced two damaged skylights and they look great. The detailing was great and there are no leaks anywhere! Pricing, while not cheap, was competitive with other roofers in my area.

I had some shingles missing after a storm and had Lifetime roofing give me a quote. The project manager Raymond was great! He was very responsive, addressed all my concerns throughout the project and helped with my insurance. The roofers did a great job, they were clean, efficient and did a wonderful job on the roof. I would definitely recommend them.

An unbelievably positive experience! We woke up to a very wet bathroom during the rain storms in December and immediately saw the problem was likely the roof. We got this company’s name from our friends who were super happy with them, and they shared their Project Manager’s contact info. I texted, he replied promptly, and he came over within a few days. After spending a good hour inspecting the roof, the crawl space, gutters and more, he gave us a possible solution after clearing some debris we couldn’t even see. Unfortunately, it didn’t work so we engaged Lifetime to make the repairs. Yonas and team arrived when they said they’d be here and worked two long (and cold!) days. Afterwards — while we had to wait for the rain, the leak was repaired. No hidden fees, polite and tidy, fast — so happy to have found them. We’ve already recommended them to family.

Lifetime was knowledgeable, excellent communicators, and got our roof scheduled in a quick turn around before the winter rains after we noticed some shingles missing. They did a great job. We had one random little leak during a storm this winter, and they came out immediately to add extra sealing to that area.

We had a leak and two roofers (from different companies) tried to fix it, with no success. Eventually, we decided to get a new roof. After contacting multiple companies and getting quotes, Lifetime Roofing and Renovation seemed like the best option. I’m so happy we found them, because we’re very happy with the end result. I wanted to review them right away, but waited on purpose for winter and multiple rains, to make sure everything was sealed, and so far so good. Nick S was especially helpful. I loved that he showed us all the possible materials, warranties and options during the initial appraisal, none of the other roofers were that specific and detailed. I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing & Renovation for the following reasons and personal experience. I had contacted 9 different roofers for quotes after researching/reviewing, and talking w/ neighbors whom had their roofs done, before deciding to sign contract w/ Lifetime Roofing & Renovations. Decision to to go with them was my comfortability starting with Harry the project manager, Brad Sales Manager, Quality Assurance Mgr, and eventually Jojo once the job was complete...kudos to them. I previously had a Tar and Gravel roof, vaulted ceilings, and portions of the roof are flat. After exploring TPO and Torchdown, and discussing with Harry, I decided to go with TPO as it uses less fasteners to hold the underlayment and didn't want to put any more holes in the beams or vaulted ceiling than needed. Job was completed in 4 days on Friday, last city inspection happened the following Monday. After each day the crew cleaned the site to keep it tidy and hauled away debris. Their crews were very help answering questions during the process. Gutters were installed to help shed water as the previous drainage system needed an improvement. I have 5 skylights which the roofers also had to install flashing. There were some minor tongue and groove boards and fascia that needed replacement. If there is extensive damage after the roofing materials are removed, it could cost extra, so unless you currently have visible water leaks/damage it will be hard to estimate until roofing material is gone and inspected. Minor damage or some percentage is included in the quote, but check so you are aware before you sign contract. I am extremely satisfied with the company and the crews who seamlessly made the experience uneventful. Professional, attentive to concerns, and prompt. Make sure you get several quotes from reputable roofers before deciding. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Recently, our HOA, after an extension search, selected Lifetime Roofing to replace the twenty-nine-year-old flat roof on our two-unit condo. From the very outset, when we were soliciting bids, Lifetime Roofing impressed us above their competitors. Their price, while not cheap, was in line with the seven other companies we interviewed. Their skilled use of a drone to provide footage of our old roof enabled us to get a detailed impression of its condition without anyone climbing a ladder. Their explanation of exactly how their crew would execute the job was detailed and understandable. Their description of the materials and warranty was clear and checked out when researched. Their ability to coordinate and have a crew ready for the date we needed was great. Our situation was complicated by the fact that both units have solar panels installed by a different company, Grid Alternatives. Lifetime Roofing provided excellent project management, including coordinating with Grid Alternatives to schedule removal and reinstallation of the panels. Their work was done on time and within budget. The materials they used were of very high quality. They affixed our new roofing material to the substructure without using an open flame. They also provided a detailed after report for our insurance company. Their team left the worksite just as they found it. They even repaired the electrical outlet cover that got cracked during their use. We will gladly recommend them. We feel confident that we made the right decision in choosing Lifetime Roofing.
