The two paramedics were outstanding – they quickly checked my vitals, asking all the right questions, and their calm demeanor instantly put me at ease. They expertly and carefully navigated me out of the office and into the ambulance for the journey to SJMC. Their prompt arrival and compassionate care were truly impressive, right from the initial call to their centre to the seamless transfer. Kudos to Lifesaver Ambulance for their exceptional service!"

Got my grandfather a non emergency transfer by Lifesaver, it was all so prompt and proper. From the call up till the end of the transfer, it was all very smooth sailing, everyone were so helpful, courteous and professional. Thank you for the exceptional service team. Contacted Subang Jaya Medical Centre last week , i needed an ambulance to be brought to thier hospital. Their ambulance arrived very fast & efficient ! Thier medical team ( Lifesaver Ambulance ) which arrived to my house was very professional & caring towards my dad . True Lifesaver's !

Very professional in patient handling (elderly). Used their services from KL to Kedah, there was no complaints from my mom as they (paramedics) took very well care of her throughout the journey. Top service with constant communication and updates. I will definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of an ambulance.

Great service from the team. We had to call the ambulance for mum and all of that time Mr Sia Wan Chai held her hands and spoke to her to comfort her that everything is OK. Contacted them during in need of emergency and they respond very fast to arrange the ambulance to my location. They handle the patient carefully during transfer. Their medical team was very friendly and was able to multi task. My brother was admitted into hospital with a smooth process. Keep up the good job !

Chartered Lifesaver Ambulance from KL to Ipoh. It was a rather pleasant journey in comparison to the previous encounters with the civil service ambulance. The paramedics on board showed extreme professionalism and care for my mother. The ambulance was very well equiped and they had all the necessary supplies to ensure a safe journey. The cleanliness and hygiene of the ambulance was up kept well. Never felt a bump throughout the journey. Would highly recommend lifesaver ambulance! Kudos and thank you !

It was one of those days you wished never came. My grandfather fell unconscious in the midst of the crowd under the scorching sun during Thaipusam. Thankfully for the quick and prompt response by lifesaver ambulance and their team , my grandfather was stabilized and then transferred to the Hospital. The paramedics remained calm throughout and ensured the smooth transition. I am extremely grateful for the terrific service provided despite not being charged .

Very punctual service & excellent ambulance team. Their price I can say it's expensive but it's reasonable and worth to pay for because of thier customer care quality and their ambulance model was a Mercedes Benz. Thanks to Mr.Nesan , he was able to coordinate everything professionally according to my needs.
