When I tell you this groups name is definitely befitting. They were my life line. I had a chipped tooth that was needing to be pulled ASAP and couldn't see an Oral Surgeon until January! On Sat 12/7 I started having excruciating pain to where my entire face was throbbing eyes watering, could barely think straight. I literally Googled"Dental Emergency" and these guys popped up! Thank God!!! I called and the sweet young lady that answered the phone was so empathetic and kind. I explained my emergency and she said they could see me in the next 30 mins. I drove from Pasadena to the location and it took maybe 20 mins. As soon as I walked in the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Within maybe 5 mins I had been signed in and in the back getting my scans done. I am terrible with names forgive me but the sweet dental assistant was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable and kept me updated on everything. Once The Amazing Dentist's came in and assessed the situation I was being prepped for my extraction. I have to give huge props to these guys one thing I am BIG on is bed side manner and they are beyond compassionate, gentle, professional, and funny as well! Love it!! Once I was all numbed up within what seemed to be 2 mins the tooth was OUT!! Thank God!! I felt nothing... I am beyond grateful for Dr. Nahhas and his team for legit saving my face from exploding 🤪 I will definitely be referring everyone to you guys. Thank You Much!!

I needed to utilize Lifeline this weekend due to some severe pain that couldn’t wait for my upcoming appointment. I was pleased that Lifeline took BOTH of my dental plans, as a lot of these ER dentists are cash only. Dr Pham was phenomenal. I wish she could be my regular primary dentist, but she shared how much she loved emergency dentistry and helping people. Her bedside manner is amazing, she is reassuring and so refreshing. I was terrified of a root canal but I can confidently say, it wasn’t really that bad!

A friend of mine was on a business trip in the US when his wisdom tooth cracked and had to be taken out. I called LifeLine Dental, and they were able to see him the same day. I called while the clinic was still closed, and got an immediate response via a text message with the time of the nearest appointment. Just from that first text message I felt that these were very friendly and caring people, and the next few days proved that my first impression wasn't wrong. My friend was first seen by Dr. Jordy Geiler who prescribed antibiotics and painkillers. And a couple of days later he was seen by Dr. Ahmed Alkholeidi, an oral surgeon, who performed the extraction of the wisdom tooth. The procedure went very smoothly and much faster than my friend anticipated. He had no discomfort and no complications. We are very pleased with our experience with LifeLine Dental! Everybody in this clinic is very friendly, helpful and caring! I'll be definitely recommending this place to everybody who needs dental care late in the evening, when other clinics are closed!

From the moment I called the office in serious pain, I was met with kindness and care. The young lady who answered the phone was so helpful and genuinely caring. She got me scheduled for the very next day. When I arrived, the office was super clean and had a really welcoming vibe. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and really seemed to know what they were doing. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and once I was called back, the dental assistant was so comforting and quick to help. Then I met Dr. Pham, and honestly, she’s the kind of dentist I wish I’d had all along. She was sweet, supportive, and took the time to explain everything she was doing while constantly checking in on me. She did an amazing job, and I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. To top it all off, the office even called me the next morning to see how I was doing. That kind of follow-up really says a lot about how much they care. From the first phone call to the actual procedure, everything about my experience was great. I’m seriously impressed and won’t be going anywhere else. Best dental office ever!

5 stars are not enough. I appreciate the staff and dentist so much. I had a very unique situation and a bond that came off my front tooth leaving a chip. Working with the public I wanted to get this taken care of asap not to miss any more work. After a very long day and many roadblocks I finally reached out to lifeline Dental. They listened to my situation and invited me in right away. This was after 5 pm! I was treated quickly and my tooth looks better than before the old bond came off. I will refer everyone to them and use them for my future needs. The entire staff is amazing..

I want to start by saying that the dentist herself was absolutely phenomenal. However, the office staff is severely lacking. I provided my insurance at the time of check in and was later told I had to pay over $650 for my tooth extraction. At the time I thought it was due to my insurance so I paid the amount. However, I later found out that they did not run my insurance and the receptionist said they didn’t know I had insurance (they have a copy of my card). I had to request that they bill the insurance. Lastly, I was scheduled for a follow up visit, but when I arrived, the office was closed. I called for confirmation and was advised that all appointments were canceled for the day. I was not made aware and the receptionist just said “well we are closed” and would not reschedule me. Now they are holding on to $500 of mine and won’t call me back.

Dr Nahhas and his staff are the best and very caring I've ever had. Everything was explained clearly. They helped with pain management. They took me in with compassion for emergency extraction. Dr Nahhas and his office are now my husband's and I dentist from now on.

The only reason I’m giving this establishment 2 stars is because the doctors and after care of my wisdom tooth removal were all very nice and helpful. Everything other than this was AWFUL. They took months to process my insurance. I had to be messaging them/ calling them consistently or nothing would have been done. I was never notified of any progress unless I reached out for updates. Truly so unprofessional and upsetting. I understand that in the end they did end up helping me out, but why did I, as the client, have to sacrifice my time for my claim to be processed when that is their job? I once said I would be returning to get my wisdom teeth removed here, but this is not the case any longer. They simply cannot be trusted in the aftermath of my care. Edit: I would just like to add, after the establishments reply, that none of the “struggles” they mentioned were experienced were communicated with me at all. I understand that insurance is out of their control, but the way the situation was handled was not at all professionally treated. As I mentioned previously, if I would have not been consistently following up with the establishment my insurance would have possibly never been processed. In fact, in my first call with them over a month after my initial procedure, one of the girls I spoke to said that my claim was going to be INITIALLY sent out, and that it hadn’t been worked on since the beginning as it should have. Key word, initially. Once again, it’s so disappointing that although these situations do tend to happen, instead of taking responsibility and accountability, it’s immediately backhanded as if my experience is invalid.

Dr. Ayham Nahhas and his team were very professional! I had persistent teeth pain and he helped me out to his fullest capacity! The dental assistant that worked along side him was very helpful! She made sure she turned on a kid friendly tv show for my daughter while I received my treatment. The dental assistants at the front desk are very welcoming and supportive. She made sure to call my insurance company and let me know everything that was needed! Thank you guys for very incredible service!
