Life Plasma

There's a woman that needs to be fired. She views human beings as machines and treats them as such. She messed up my donation twice in a row and the second time when I made it clear I'd prefer the person that put the needle in to fix it this time she ripped my cuff off my arm and walked away. By doing such she ensured that I was leaving with bandages on both arms yet again all because of her. HIGHLY UNETHICAL!! I was nothing but I good donor and I choose not to donate until she is no longer a threat to my safety. They still have not informed me if this particular unethical employee works at that location so I'll be choosing a different location in the future.

What a great experience. I'm new to donating plasma and they were so super nice. The place is clean and everyone is so nice, companionate, professional, and empathetic. They explained everything to me and are continually giving tips and advice on how to make donating easier on my body. They are always asking if I am comfortable, with the process and when doing the needle. A few times I felt dizzy and they were right there to help and adjust the machine. Donating can be frightening and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but I am thankful for the job they are doing. They are always as speedy as they can be with wait times. Thank you for the great staff and I really appreciate what you are doing to help me and I hope other will know that they are there to make everything as good as it can be!!

This is such a great place. Very clean, easy process and the staff is incredible. Always pleasant and positive. I would recommend going before 3 to avoid any type of wait. Really thankful for this place. Average in and out time 1:25

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and happy. It feels like home and they feel like family and it has only been about 4-5 times that I have donated. Every time I walk in, they girls call out my last name. It's a fun environment. I even saw a group huddle one day with the owner and I think that is fantastic. The first time I donated, one of the employees was dancing to the music they were playing. Such a positive place. Hardly any wait at all and even when you do wait, it is not nerve-racking. Keep up the good work everyone!

Horrible customer service and staff unprofessional I had to be stuck on both arms and it still took forever to start then when it did the needle came loose and spilled blood everywhere and I get blamed for staff mistake. Then they decide to kick me out and ban me because I’m upset they wouldn’t even pay me for today $55. I feel discriminated and I have Never seen worse service STAY AWAY!

I want to shout out to all the staff and my Julio for all the wonderful work they do.They are amazing, happy, and you can tell that they love there jobs especially Julio 😀. Their wonderful personalities is what makes the donating experience even better.

I just started go to life plasma center and I really love the place. The staff is so kind and amazing. The staff in the back they are so easy when the put the needle in you really don't feel it. I never seen such amazing people like I did coming here.

The staff they have working there is wonderful. Every single one of them is friendly. From check in until check out- they are all just so very nice. It's a great environment to be in. I've never had a bad experience there. Highly recommend.

I've been to two different plasma places in the area and can definitely say this is the absolute best. The employees are so kind, go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and make an effort to remember you regardless of how frequently you come. Not only that, but the facility is super clean and the way they do things is very organized. Not promising anything as everyone's pain levels are different and not every person might have the easiest veins to see... but any other plasma facility I went to 9 times out of 10 the injection itself hurt terribly and the process was dreadful. Here, 9 times out of 10 I barely feel a pinch they are very skilled. Overall they make the process super smooth and easy coming here to give 30-40 minutes of your time towards helping others.

Overall I have had a very pleasant experience at Life Plasma in Shelbourne Square. The employees are kind, friendly, and very professional. The place is clean while the process is efficient. Glad to see this place pop up right near my house to fit into my busy weekly routine.
