Not recommended at all. They don't have manners to talk to you. They judge you by asking you if you reside in an apartment or a bungalow and they ask irrelevant questions that has nothing to do with the new customer signup for water delivery. Highly unprofessional and misbehaving customer representative. Realistic review of a realistic customer. The other reviews look paid though.

Not recommended at all. Not because their water has some problems but the way the person talks. 0 Customer Support knowledge. The person I contacted was very rude. Instead of delivering the water and telling me the information about the deposit. They discriminated me and judged me by asking if i lived in an apartment or a bungalow? And then to show more arrogant attitude the person stated, Your taking the water for the first time? I would not recommend such arrogant people who do not even know how to talk to a new customer. I got Nature Water instead and their customer support was highly respectable. They are known for their water service and they didn't asked me if i live in an apartment or a bungalow and they didn't judge me by asking me irrelevant questions. Not recommended.
