I am absolutely amazed at the compassion, caring and the hard work and exceptional assistance that Michael has provided for my family. I have needed help with health, dental and supplemental insurance plans for some of my family members for several years now and Michael is always there for us. He spends time reviewing and researching everything out there that it would be next to impossible to find for yourself and then to know what you’re getting even if you are able to find even some of what you need. Michael is an extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful broker. As a small business, I come to him often trying to get the best options for health insurance each year. He always gets me what I need - and then some - that fits will within my budget. I never have to guess what I'm getting. He does the research, shows me my options, walks me through the entire process, let's me know the best one to choose, and all I have to do in the end is sign the documents! Michael has done a fantastic job helping me find the right health, vision and dental plans. He found the health and dental in the first call, and then I asked him to find a good vision plan and get back to me. That was on a Sunday, and it was late in the day. I was happily surprised when he did call me back in the next couple of days with a great vision plan as well. He is taking care of my insurance needs in such a professional manner, treating me like a longterm client already. I highly recommend him to anyone needing insurance.

Austin Cole was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and understanding of what I was looking for. He took his time and made sure every detail was perfect and that I understood everything! Wow… if there were more stars available to give I would give Michael 100 stars. Michaels name and number were randomly dropped in my lap and am I so happy it was! His knowledge of insurance is impeccable and if he doesn’t know, which is highly unlikely, then he will most definitely find out for you! Michael didn’t even have to take my call or help me through the “mess” of insurance companies and not only did he answer my call he took me on and treated me like family! Going above and beyond is natural for him and he excels at it. He helped me before during and after the entire enrollment process.
