To whom it may concern. I would just like to say, that today on my transport ride to my doctor's appointment, I road for the first time with Life Connect. And have to say Michael Larson, "my driver" was the most professional employee and driver, I have ever had the pleasure to ride with. And trust me, I have been riding Medical transportation for 23 yrs. Mike went over and above any other driver I had ever road with. I'm a quad. And just so happened on this day my companion was unable to ride with me today which makes it little harder for me but today was my lucky day. Michael with Life Connect showed up at my door. Michael gives 110% to his job and Life line will not find a better employee and should treat him as well as he treats Life connect customers. He's personable, kind, caring, and goes over and beyond for the customer. For example. Knowing that I was on my own today, with out me asking, he said "here I'll come in with you to make sure you get checked in alright" and low and behold I did need his help. My opinion, Great guy and grreat company.

This was the best ride I've had in a long long time. .My driver was Michael Larsen. He was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable. Has a great personality and I felt safe with him as my driver. I've requested the company and the driver as my company to take care of any future rides. I'd give them a ten in stars.

Michael was a wonderful driver! Saftey was his number one concern. He was very gentle and well spoken. My daughter is autistic and hates traveling she has severe sensory disorder. But Michael's positive attitude and skillfully hooking up of her wheelchair put her at such great ease. I've never seen her talk so much to a driver and be so relaxed. The Vans themselves are wonderful and very clean ,they even have UV protection on the windows. They have padding and cloth on the ceiling which muffled out the traffic sounds and again put my daughter at ease. You could tell he has experience with special needs patients as he always verbalized each action before he did it such as "okay I'm going on your right side now", and was super patience for any reply. My daughter says she felt very respected and not like she was just cargo to carry, which we have experienced in the past with other companies. You can tell this company and it's drivers really care. There was even an elderly lady that had parked next to us and was having trouble backing up, but Michael skilfully helped director her out of the parking lot safely. And thankfully he drove so smoothly. we have always had problems with drivers that would stomp on the brakes repeatedly as if these Vans were a normal cars, but that was not Michael you could tell he has a lot of experience driving these big vehicles. the entire trip was very smooth and enjoyable.. our aids even fell asleep it was so smooth and relaxing. We would love to ride with him again.
