To whom it may concern. I would just like to say, that today on my transport ride to my doctor's appointment, I road for the first time with Life Connect. And have to say Michael Larson, "my driver" was the most professional employee and driver, I have ever had the pleasure to ride with. And trust me, I have been riding Medical transportation for 23 yrs. Mike went over and above any other driver I had ever road with. I'm a quad. And just so happened on this day my companion was unable to ride with me today which makes it little harder for me but today was my lucky day. Michael with Life Connect showed up at my door. Michael gives 110% to his job and Life line will not find a better employee and should treat him as well as he treats Life connect customers. He's personable, kind, caring, and goes over and beyond for the customer. For example. Knowing that I was on my own today, with out me asking, he said "here I'll come in with you to make sure you get checked in alright" and low and behold I did need his help. My opinion, Great guy and grreat company.

This was the best ride I've had in a long long time. .My driver was Michael Larsen. He was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable. Has a great personality and I felt safe with him as my driver. I've requested the company and the driver as my company to take care of any future rides. I'd give them a ten in stars.
