I reached out to Licotech Appliance Repair on a Sunday because the washer was was not working properly during the spin cycle. The technician was out within 24 hours and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. He was very mindful of our washer and home and was transparent through the entire process, including each step and the expected costs. The parts arrived within 4 days, and the company promptly contacted us to schedule the repair - the very same day. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, the quality of the work, and the overall professionalism of the technician. I would highly recommend this company.

Called for an oven check/repair and the first surprise was that they were able to schedule me a technician within two hours. They gave a us a window from 1pm to 3pm and the technician Alex showed up right around 1:15pm, (this was important to me because I am used to people always getting here right at the end of the window or late). Alex put on some shoe cover things, (like the ones doctors use at the hospital) so he wouldn’t get our kitchen floor dirty and promptly went to work. After about 10 minutes, he realized what the issue was, and quoted us on the spot. He then proceeded to call his office when we asked for a discount and got us a $30 discount!! If I ever need again, I would definitely do business with LicTech again, and request Alex as our technician!!!
