Great place Kamila did an amazing job educating me and making me feel safe and comfortable and gave me great tips and tricks on how to prevent lice in the future the treatment afterwords made my hair feel amazing I would highly recommend this place and would ask for Kamila she was very sweet and friendly :)

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with their service. I had a check up, and they took me in to get the service done because they had “seen” lice in my hair. 4 hours later, and lots of money spent, they said I never had it in the first place. I had no refund and had to pay for aftercare aswell.

100% DO NOT GO! I deeply regret going to Lice Lifters over the summer and would not recommend this place to any parent! They charge $250 PER HEAD, which is outrageous for what you actually get. The “treatment” is this awful goop. There was so much hair loss during and afterward!!! Using this product was awful, and I hated every part of it. Red flag: They pressure you to leave a Google review before you even walk out so you can get a discount. It felt manipulative and gross. I could clearly sense their disappointment when I refused. Their entire sales approach is built on fear-mongering. They constantly repeat lines like “you can get lice anywhere, even at the supermarket.” This is ABSURD and irresponsible, but it’s clearly meant to scare parents into coming in for an "emergency same-day appointment" and paying hundreds of dollars. They also conveniently downplay the fact that you are NOT “done” when you leave. You are expected to apply that same horrible treatment three more times at home over the next couple of weeks, which was not made clear upfront. Here’s the kicker: after this experience, I used a $10 SPRAY called Lice Freee, available at Target! Salt-based, killed all nits AND super lice, and worked with one easy application!!! No fear, no pressure. Simple, SAFE and effective!!! This business survives on slick marketing, panic, and pressure, not transparency or care. Save your money, protect you and your child’s hair, and do your research before stepping into this place.

We are so thankful for Lice Lifters. We had been trying to tackle a lice breakout in our home from our daughter. This spread to our extended family, who take care of our children. We were able to get all 8 of us in on the same day and in and out within an hour. We even were able to crack some jokes and make it light so my daughter wouldn’t freak out during the experience. It was easy, quick and stress free. Very thankful since it seemed impossible to tackle this on our own.

The ladies at Lice Lifters were amazing! The calm demeanor put both myself and my daughter at ease. It was nice to know that someone was completely taking care of everything for us. They had a movie playing and also snacks if needed. Would recommend to anyone going through this experience.

They were so great and I left feeling so much better. I was so nervous going into it and leaving all the stress was lifted off of me. they also worked through my hair so fast and efficiently! Definitely come here if you need help with lice because they give you everything you’ll need to stay safe after you leave.

The experience at Lice Lifters was amazing! They were so gentle with my daughter and were able to get rid of the issue right away!

We had a great experience with Naomi, she was able to get our family of 5 in at the last minute. She was very informative, walked us through the whole process, and was great with the kids.

I can’t recommend Lice Lifters enough!! I was incredibly stressed when I learned that my daughter had lice, but Eliana eased all of our fears, she was so gentle with my daughter, and we were lice free when we left the office!! I was also happy to hear how safe the product is compared to drug store products. My 7 year old was so happy to eat a lollipop and watch a movie while getting her treatment:)

I can’t recommend LiceLifters enough! They were incredibly accommodating and got both my daughter and me in the very same day we called. The staff was so kind, patient, and thorough, and they provided a wealth of education along with the treatment so I felt confident about what to do moving forward. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I left feeling completely taken care of. If you ever find yourself in need of lice removal, this is absolutely the place to go!
