I just received the services of Silvia and her team, in which they really took care of my problems. In which my kids unfortunately had lice. They provided me an awesome service, they apply the appropriate products to help my needs. They also gave me additional instructions to follow and follow up with me 2 weeks after they provided me services to check to see in what was done work out me. I definitely recommend Lice In Sight, they really care and follow up with. I give them 10 star ratings even though the max is five stars!!!!

When you get lice your whole world closes in and there's just this EWWWWW!!!!! These wonderful women were great communicators and were at our house fast, diagnosing us with so much care, empathy and patience. No clinical feeling here—nice people who are grateful to be in your home, helping out your family. It meant everything to us not to have to go outside the house to take care of it. We just had our 2 week check in and are lice free! Lice is no fun, actually it is awful. But if you get them and due to climate change the incidence is in the rise then you should only consider Lice in Sight. These lovely ladies come to your home and they are kind and empathic to your lice problem. They do a thorough check ( Mrs. Silvia) with removal that can take a while especially if you have long hair. No harsh chemicals just careful combing. They also come back again for a recheck. They give you tips in handling lice and provide you with a shampoo and conditioner that helps repel lice. I hope you will consider them, I would recommend to anyone who has lice and I work at a school.

My family had the most unbelievable experience with Lice In Sight. Not only were they so professional and communicative prior to coming over to our home but also extremely patient and thorough in their work. Silvia meticulously spent the time going over each hair follicle and giving us valuable information on what to do once she left. And told us she will be following up on the coming weeks. I would highly recommend them and am so thrilled that they also provide you with shampoo and conditioner for post treatment care.

I felt completely taken advantage of! After being with my sister and her children, who had lice, I started feeling itchy and panicked. I called Lice in Sight for help. Silvia and another woman came to my house and told me I had lice eggs (nits). I trusted them, they treated me, and charged me over $550. Luckily, I had saved what Silvia said were nits on a napkin. I Googled it and started to have doubts. I went to a lice clinic Live mamas for a second opinion, and they confirmed that they were NOT nits. They were just buildup from my hair products. I paid over $550 for a "treatment" I didn't need! I called Silvia to ask for an explanation, but she couldn't give me one and refused to give me a refund. I feel cheated and overcharged at a vulnerable time! I was robbed!

Our family unfortunately got lice. Another parent recommended Lice in Sight; I called them at 9pm and they were able to be at our apartment the next morning at 7am. When they came two weeks later for the follow-up check, we were all clear. Silvia and Eileen are both so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable - it was very comfortable having them in our home. Their shampoo/conditioner is great, too - my hair has never looked better 😅 I highly, highly recommend Lice in Sight if you or you family ever needs lice treatment!

We had a great experience with Silvia. She was responsive, quick and helpful. She checked our whole family after we saw something in my daughter’s hair. Thankfully everyone else was clear. But she was so kind and thorough. We ended up having her check my daughter’s whole grade at school. Finding 5 other kids that needed treatment. She then came back after 2wks to check everything was still clear! Very thankful for her during a stressful time.

We were so lucky to find Silvia and her team. They took my call at midnight and was at my home in 6 hours to start working on our heads (myself and twin daughters). She spent 2.5 hrs in me and 2 hrs in my girls and removed everything. We were given shampoo and conditioner to use for two weeks. Silvia came back two weeks later for a check up and we were given the all clear. Silvia and her team couldn’t have been nicer, patient, kind and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend her to all my friends.

Silvia and Aileen are the absolute best! Truly wonderful people, extremely professional and worth every penny for peace of mind. Upon the initial discovery we were of course quite distressed as a family. They were able to get to our apartment within a few hours and stayed very late to make sure all family members were taken care of. They left clear guidance and directions that were extremely helpful. They also include a follow up visit. This is not a fun thing to deal with but the silver lining was meeting these 2! I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!!

Silvia from Lice in Sight made a much-dreaded and very stressful moment in my kiddo’s winter so much easier. She was recommended by a friend and responded immediately when I contacted her. She arrived the next day and was thorough, pleasant, and informative. Her post-treatment instructions made sure that we would get through this as quick as could be, and she made a follow up house call to guarantee her work.
