From start to finish the process was smooth & easy. We had 2 moves first move was shipping a pool table to Las Vegas then a move to our new home. Mike S. & Cece were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were always available for answering questions & he's quite funny too! Move in day went smoothly & the owner Mike Sr. stopped by to see if we were satisfied. I highly recommend using Liberty Moving.

40 years of experience with Government moves and this was by far the best. As an Army Civilian, I selected a PCS move to return to my home Post after a three year assignment rater than managing the move myself. Liberty was contracted to move my Household Goods and it was a positive experience from start to finish. The driver reached out early to understand the the layout and magnitude of the load. What impressed me most was the Leadership forum I observed as the move unfolded. Livio, my driver, did not just drive as many movers I have seen in my 15 moves with the military. He approached the mission with the finess of a seasoned mentor and leader. It was like watching one of my best sergeant in action. He briefed his crew thouroughlynand walked the house with me to determine the challenges and flow of the load up. Throughout the load He checked the crew and provided guidance on wrapping and staking, frequently having the junior crewmembers adjust the wrap to protect my furniture and other items. His care with the property was the best I have seen on the outbound and inbound sides. Working with Livio was not transactional, it was like having an invested and trusted friend with a wealth of experience in a take alongside helping and advising. He placed great care in the safety of all under his charge including myself, checking on me frequently. The load out was accomplished under the time I had projected and before he left, Livio had arranged for a direct delivery on his path to future missions without the need for a transload. The delivery linkup was amazing and was executed with the precision of a military operation. Livio quickly adjusted to being one crewmember down and still unloaded in less time than he had originally projected. His leadership with the crewmember he had was amazing, imparting his years of experience on the young loader. I was also impressed with his care for the other clients property on the truck during the unload and his meticulous reset of the blankets, straps and tools before departing. Livio conducted a joint inspection of my quarters for damage before he departed, a testament to the pride he has in his work. Livio has represented Liberty Moving and Storage well and has delivered the high standards that the company espouses. Keep up the great work on moving our servicemembers and the General public at large.

Moving can be quite stressful and I was a bit on edge. I immediately felt at ease once the movers arrived. The three men, including the Forman Antonio Calderon, arrived on time, were very friendly and very professional and made sure that nothing was damaged. Anything I asked for was met with “Service with a smile”. Nothing was too much For them, they helped me with whatever I asked. I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience.

Watch compliment the great job that the Liberty movies have done for me today from New Jersey to Texas from New Jersey to Texas. The crew is very fantastic. You get the driver’s name, Lucio, which fantastic and the move coordinator did the great job did a great job. I’m very happy with the service. They were very professional and would highly recommend them for any type of move that you need they were they were great. I can’t say I can’t say enough about them and we moved in the general is a lot of snow and yes, there was also a lot of snow and a lot of issues. We know the weather and something and they came through for me and everything so that they were more than A+ if I could give him 1000 points and get 1000 points that’s how great they were good .

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had moving with the help of Liberty Moving and Storage. Matt Sussman provided me with a thorough estimate when he visited my apartment and was very responsive to any questions I emailed him. Shannon Powers, my moving coordinator, was knowledgeable and also reassuring that all would go well and it did! I was moving from a third floor walkup apartment and the moving crew who showed up nice and early, Lester, Orlando and Stephen didn't seem to mind at all. They were unbelievably strong and extremely thorough in protecting my furniture especially my very heavy all mirrored triple dresser. Lester was even so kind as to fix a broken door closure on my TV console. That door had never closed right since I bought that console 5 years ago and he noticed it and fixed it for me! I can't express my gratitude and appreciation enough for the amazing competence shown by this crew. Thank you Matt, Shannon, Lester, Orlando and Stephen for giving me a great start in my new home.

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. Matt came by and gave us a thorough bid. He was friendly and professional. Day of move, Carlos and his crew did an amazing job packing everything in the truck. They were very efficient and just an awesome team. When then unloaded it was perfect. Behind the scenes there was Shannon. So friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you Liberty for helping my Aunt move.

I used Liberty/Mayflower to move from New York to California. My inquiry via web form was followed up on quickly, and within 24 hrs I was doing a video assessment with Andrew Logan, my awesome estimator. I immediately got an estimate, which was very close to the actual final price. 5 out of 5. The handoff to Amy LaRosa, my excellent coordinator, was smooth. There was a moment when I wasn't sure who to deal with, but that was exceedingly minor. 4.5 out of 5. The pickup was easy, and I'd like to commend all of that crew, though I don't remember their names.5 out of 5. Amy worked well with the staff of my new residence. The delivery company, Chipman, was excellent, especially James, the crew leader, and conformed to all requirements of my residence. I understand that Chipman has a recent relationship with Mayflower. I would like to recommend them for handling this kind of job in the future. Everything arrived in fine condition. Another 5 out of 5.

Every move I’ve done with their team has been A1 since day one I exclusively work with Matt for sales because he goes above and beyond, not only answering every question but also making every single one of my clients feel like they are the top priority. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to a smooth moving experience are unmatched. I would not recommend this moving company due to unexpected charges, poor communication, and issues with the estimating process. The movers themselves were hardworking and professional, but unfortunately the experience was overshadowed by the company’s handling of additional fees and poor customer service. When we received our estimate, we were not informed about certain charges that were later added, including travel fees from their facility to our old home and from our new home back to their facility. Nearly a week after our move, we were charged an additional $630 for these fees. After contacting management, Tammy agreed to refund only $350, but the process took far too long and was very frustrating. The truck size was also significantly underestimated. We explained to Michael, the representative who came to provide the estimate, that our new home had a very steep driveway. We were assured this would not be a problem and that the movers had handled situations like this before. Unfortunately, the truck could not make it down the driveway, which meant everything had to be moved up and down a steep hill. My husband and I had to help the movers using our own hand truck and wheelbarrow to get everything moved. We previously made multiple trips ourselves with both of our trucks, donate and give away items, and leave things behind for the new homeowners which luckily we did because the movers even told us that it was a good thing we had removed so much because the truck was completely full, and if anything else had been left, a second truck would have been needed — which they said would have been the company’s responsibility. When I contacted CeCe, the coordinator, about the additional charges, I was told they were due to the extra time involved. However, the extra time was a result of the truck size being underestimated and the driveway situation not being properly accounted for during the estimate — not something that should have been blamed on us. While the movers themselves did a great job under difficult circumstances, the hidden charges, lack of transparency, and the way my concerns were handled by management made this a very disappointing experience. I would recommend getting every possible fee in writing before hiring this company.

Highly Recommend. Our move went smoothly from the time the crew arrived to the end. The crew, lead by Orlando, were professional and organized. Our furniture and belongings were handled with care. As a result, nothing was damaged. We highly recommend Liberty movers!
