He is outstanding and down-right excellent! I have never had such great customer service from anyone like Ramon. He was the utmost professional, great attitude, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and was a positive force the day of delivery. He went above and beyond in all areas. Most of the time, he was 10 steps ahead of me with thoughts and ideas. (And, I have moved with professionals about 8 times during my career) Ramon is a winner. This company is the tops. From our first meeting with Matt Sussman, the estimator (and so much more) it was a seamless experience. Any move is hard, but especially a cross country move is difficult and traumatic. This company and the various staff, especially their customer service coordinator Tami, and the several crews we dealt with, were above and beyond, in their care for our property and as importantly in their care and compassion for us during what is normally a very emotional experience. They were reliable, beyond accessible at all times - day and night - and came through with flying colors. Our things arrived in great shape and the care at every turn - many crews all a pleasure to deal with - provided a great outcome. This company is truly the GOLD standard in moving companies!! We used Liberty Moving for a recent relocation from Long Island, NY to New Jersey. From beginning to end, the process was smooth and seamless. Our coordinator, Ce Ce, was incredibly patient with us, and our numerous date changes. Robbie and Charlie were meticulous, and packed our belongings with care and efficiency. Each box was clearly and accurately marked with the contents, for ease of placement at delivery. Carlos and his loading crew were quick, efficient and careful with our things. Carlos and his unloading crew were also quick, careful and respectful. They were extremely patient with me as I changed furniture placement a couple of times. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process and would highly recommend Liberty Moving and Storage.

I was very worried about how things were going to go, moving from NC to Utah. From my first encounter with Nancy who got me through the virtual survey to the day my furniture arrived in Utah it was smooth sailing. Everything went exactly as promised. The team that picked up my stuff in NC were awesome. Every step was explained in detail as to what was going to happen once my stuff was loaded. They handled my belongings with care as if it were their own personal property. The same goes for the team that unloaded my belongings in Utah. Tom was wonderful, he kept in touch with me throughout the entire move to ensure things were going as planned. I would highly recommend using Liberty. Not only for how professional everyone was but also for every effort that was made to make my move affordable.

Liberty has helped me twice now, from FL to NY and then into my new apartment. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough! They are so speedy and efficient and provide all the necessary things to move (boxes, paper, carts, etc.). I could not have possibly done this move without them. The Liberty Moving team provided top notch service on our move from New Jersey to South Carolina. The move leader, Patrick, was highly professional and provided amazing leadership to the loading and unloading teams. Patrick worked through each small issue encountered on both ends of the move making it a tremendous experience. Tammi, our coordinator, provided us with timely updates and supported a delivery change to meet moves in our timeliness. Overall, Liberty provided a great experience at a reasonable price.

Liberty helped our family move from Long Island, NY to the Nashville, TN area. Liberty was able to offer our family storage space for our items while we were staging our home for real estate photos to be taken and our open house events. Once we were ready to move Liberty added our storage items to the items that they picked up from our home and delivered them safely to our new home in Tennessee. I also remember that Liberty was able to offer our family used boxes in different sizes as well as wardrobe boxes to help our family pack our belongings. The Liberty movers had a very thorough and efficient way of labeling our belongings in order to account for everything that they had possession of. The only thing we would have liked to have done a little differently was the amount of time that it took for our belongings to make it to Tennessee from New York. It is about a 15 hour drive but due to other moving stops along the way and a stop for the driver in their hometown it took a week and a half for us to receive our belongings. All in all, Liberty saved us a lot of time and space by moving our items for us and into place in our new home. Thank you for all that you continue to do!

From start to finish it went so smoothly. Thank you Matt and Tami for all your help and guidance with our move. We had the Melgars crew take care of our personal belongings. They took great care and wrapped everything perfectly. They took apart our furniture and reassembled everything in perfect condition.I will highly recommend using Liberty!
