Had an inspection done and after closing found a huge hole in heat exchanger in furnace causing carbon monoxide leak and had heat shut down for a week. He was nice but missed a life threatening issue.

Bill was able to meet us last minute for an inspection after being recommended by our realtor. Bill thoroughly went through the house room by room including the attic space. He pointed out anything that needed attention. Bill also sends the report with pictures included. Our experience with Bill was amazing.

Bill seems very experienced on codes and building requirements. He does a very thorough job on inspecting everything. He even goes on the roof and into the attic. He takes lots of pictures and reports what he finds. It is given in a computer pdf so you can refer to it later. I highly recommend Bill and he is affordable. Bill Foster was absolutely wonderful. He did an inspection on two properties for us; the first one, he found major foundation issues and was very honest and thorough in his analysis.
