We locate, uncover, and load test the septic system. We remove the lid for testing and do a visual inspection. You will receive a separate report for this test and we will send you any documents that we can obtain from the county. Multiple service discounts available.

Water is sampled by the inspector, taken to a state certified laboratory. Results to your email 2/3 days. Basic includes nitrates, nitrites, E. coli, coliform. Lead and arsenic water testing at an additional cost. Discounts given when added to a home inspection.

We inspect well, check wellhead, tank, gauge, electrical, water pressure tested, includes basic water test, at state certified lab. Basic: nitrates, nitrites, E. coli, coliform bacteria. Arsenic, lead tests additional cost. Well inspection is a separate report. Discounts for multiple services.

If a well tests positive for bacteria, we will chlorinate the well, come back in 24 hours to run out the chlorine, and take a sample to a certified lab for retesting. Results usually available within 2/3 days of testing, to your email. We will redo for free, if necessary, very rare.
