Todd & Lauren, were both Professional, Knowledgeable, real nice folks. We had the trouble of our heater dropping to 64 at night when it was on 68. Todd had in fixed in an hour ,maybe 10 minutes over , and didn't charge anymore than a hour, and also gave us the 10% off for being veterans. The heater is working great, didn't turn out to be what we feared. We highly recommend Liberty Heating & Cooling, to anyone who needs them with no hesitation. I tried fixing my heater myself but had to call in the professional! Todd quickly and accurately identified am incorrect part in in the burner causing my issue. My HVAC thermostat display went blank about 10:30 on Thursday night. I had no heat. I submitted a service request on Liberty Heating & Cooling website and Todd called me first thing in the morning and was able to fit me in and came out by 9:00am. He didn’t have the thermostat we needed on his truck but was able to get it and finished the job by 2:00pm. I am very thankful for him as he got me through these crazy low temperatures. He did a fantastic job and I will be using his company from here on out for my HVAC needs.

A couple of years ago we had a problem with our heating system that no other company could fix. Todd came right over and fixed it in no time and it has been working great ever since. I've been in commercial and residential trades for over twenty years and now and can attest that nobody is perfect and there's going to be mistakes. What I have learned as a true measurement of a company, or individual is how those mistakes are remedied. After multiple issues and seriously sloppy work on a recent job, I have heard excuse after excuse and finger pointing all through it. It's very apparent that this company has no integrity, whatsoever. I could not in good faith ever hire Todd again nor recommend to any of my clients. Its very apparent through close observation that this company is only suited for service work and small pickup jobs and even then, I would seriously caution that.
