We recently hired LHR Fire for a complete fire system demo and new installation during a full gut renovation of an entire hospital floor, and they were outstanding to work with from start to finish. The project manager, Jeff, was excellent throughout the entire process. He was always available, extremely responsive to questions, and clearly very knowledgeable about the system layout and overall scope. He did a phenomenal job coordinating and managing the project. The technician, Todd, who handled the demo of the old system and installation of the new one, was also great to work with. He was always on time, worked hard every day, and made sure the work area was cleaned up before leaving. You’d never know they had been there. I’ve worked with several fire protection companies in the past, and LHR Fire truly stands out. They completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them for both new installations and service work, and I’ve already recommended them to several others. Great company and great people to work with.
