Lexington Appliance answered their phone in PERSON on the second ring. Was pleasant and scheduled the service for the next day. Showed up on time, completed the refrigerator repair and did some additional general maintenance. Professional service and reasonably priced. Saved their number to my contact list.

After a scheduling problem with another company, we called Lexington Appliance a repair. Colin showed up exactly when scheduled, was knowledgeable, and ran multiple tests on our oven. The other company had determined we needed a new circuit board that was going to cost a little over $500. Colin was able to figure out that it was the locking mechanism creating the issue, which saved us a lot of money and time. I hope I don't have trouble with anymore appliances, but if I do, I know who to call next time..

Arrived the next day and Colin performed troubleshooting steps to quickly find the problem with our stove. He explained every detail and his course of action to fix it. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to contact them again.

Colin came and fixed my refrigerator and my combo washer/dryer. Aside from his outstanding work ethic and skill, I was instantly put at ease and felt safe when I met him at the door. I will never use anyone else for my appliances.

He was very knowledgeable and prepared to get the job done. The replacement part came in early. Collin was back out the next day for the installation. Collin was very nice and knowledgeable. We will use them anytime we need Appliances repaired.

I have worked with them several times now, and their team does a great job of working to fix the problem at the lowest cost. Returning if need be without any complaining, and unfortunately, this last time having to order another part to get to an ultimate fix. They’ve always been flexible and willing to work with our schedule as well as friendly and willing to teach us exactly what they had to do what was wrong and how we can move forward. Will definitely be working with them again.

I’m a first time customer but Lexington Appliance Repair will be my “go to” from now on. From my initial call Monday afternoon until my technician’s visit at 9am today (Wednesday), everything was 5 Star!! My 3 year old dryer was not heating. Turns out the issue was the electrical outlet and not the dryer itself. Colin was able to diagnose and repair the issue in less than an hour. I am VERY impressed.
