He was very knowledgeable and prepared to get the job done. The replacement part came in early. Collin was back out the next day for the installation. Collin was very nice and knowledgeable. I’m a first time customer but Lexington Appliance Repair will be my “go to” from now on. From my initial call Monday afternoon until my technician’s visit at 9am today (Wednesday), everything was 5 Star!! My 3 year old dryer was not heating. Turns out the issue was the electrical outlet and not the dryer itself. Colin was able to diagnose and repair the issue in less than an hour. I am VERY impressed.

Lexington Appliance was called after a different companies service call did not address the problem. Colin came to our house and began work promptly. As during the prior service call, the problem with our dishwasher would not manifest itself while service was there. Colin kept working with the machine doing tests and diagnostics until the problem did show up. Colin then identifed the issue and accurately corrected it.
