I have been left without a boiler for over a month in a rented property fully managed via these thugs. The property is a leasehold and the landlord doesn't really want to invest into fixing so many issues happening. They have retaliated with a no-fault eviction in hopes they can kick me out as opposed to dealing with the problems. They probably think they will rent it out to another unfortunate soul. Avoid this business if your a renter. Landlord's will be fine, they will happily be your henchman.

Really wonderful experience with Lewis White Estate Agents. They’ve gone above and beyond to help us and nothing was too much trouble for them. By far the most reliable Estate Agency in the area and will definitely use them again. Matt especially was so knowledgeable about the area and the current housing market, making it a pleasure to work with them.

If I could award 6 stars to this company I would. Matt Lewis from Lewis White has sold three properties for me now and provided a tenancy service for many years. What sets him apart from other agents is his frank, honest, expert advice, even if sometimes it was not what I wanted to hear - refreshing for an Estate Agent. He has his finger on the pulse of the local housing market which ensured that I managed to sell my house even in the toughest of selling conditions. Not only that, his tireless sales progression was instrumental in making my sale happen. I would recommend his services without question.

The owner of this company, Matt is very nice and professional, but Tracy, who also works there is incredibly rude, unprofessional and she knows next to nothing about the properties she rents out. When I moved in, she told me to bring any post for previous tenants to their office, then when I did, she sent me an incredibly rude email about it! Again, Matt is lovely, but Tracy ruined the whole experience of renting through this company.

Amazing, an estate agent staffed by grown ups! Every member of staff was quietly professional and helpful. Even before I viewed my buy-to-let they reviewed my renovation plans and gave me an expected rental appraisal with and without the various levels of work. They allowed me to have three relaxed viewings, exactly when I asked for them, and gave me great ideas and suggestions whilst I was planning what to do to the property. It actually felt like a I was dealing with a group of my mates or colleagues, rather than being sold to. I met several people and all had a detailed knowledge of the history of the property. I also felt they shared in my excitement in the purchase process. I would definitely use them again.

I recently sold a property with Lewis White and couldn't have been more impressed with their team, the care and professionalism I received was second to none. Matt and Lindsay helped turn moving, which is stressful at the best of times, into a streamlined and pain free experience. I found Lewis White excellent to deal with on both the sales and property lettings side as we dealt with them for both. Very professional in their approach, know the local market well, kept us well informed with regular contact, and helped push the solicitors to get the sale over the line quicker at the end. Highly recommended! In my experience local independents are always best!!

I have used Lewis White twice now, I simply cannot express how they separate themselves from the run of the mill estate agents. I can honestly say that I felt that the care, professionalism, communication and knowledge was second to none! I recieved feedback, support, advice and total respect for my sale. Which I might add has gone through without a hitch. Matt is extremely good at negotiations and got the very best out of our sale. Lindsay and Sarah were so hard working , nothing was too much trouble, and all with a smile and good humour. I would highly recommend this company and will most definitely be using them again. If you want to sell, or buy, with confidence and be treated with respect and integrity then you will not be disappointed.

Recently purchased a property through Lewis white. Lindsay, Matt and Colin were all extremely helpful... And all really nice. A refreshing change from the 'usual' estate agents! They kept us updated throughout with progression which helped to get the sale through smoothly and quickly. When/if we sell in the future we would definitely use Lewis White.
