It is important to visit the dentist regularly. Skipping dental appointments may not seem like a big deal, but oral issues can develop and progress quickly whether or not you notice them. By staying on top of your dental cleanings and checkups, you will ensure that your teeth and gums are healthy while also getting checked for abnormalities that could be a sign of larger health issues.
Lewis Family Dentistry has implemented many additional protocols to keep you safe:
Daily Employee Screenings: All team members are screened each morning with a series of questions and temperature checks. They also wear masks throughout the day.
Additional Personal Protective Equipment: Our clinical team members are dressed out in PPE which they change between patients.
Face Masks are Required: Patients need to wear masks when entering our office.
Hand Sanitizer: Patients will be asked to use hand sanitizer when you arrive.
Patient Screening: At check in, patients will be asked a series of screening questions. A team member will also check your temperature with a touch-less thermometer. If there are any concerns, patients will be rescheduled out a minimum of 2 weeks.
Rigorous Sanitation: Commonly touched items such as magazines and other amenities have been removed from the office. All areas of the office, including common spaces, are vigorously sanitized throughout the day.
