We've had to move away from using this facility. We needed a large, high cost item; we ordered the part, the supplier didn't properly check their tolerances prior to shipping the axle part. It was 5 mil out, there is no way to find this out until installed.
We also were not told that custom orders are non returnable and non-refundable. In a bit of defense for LBG they did refund ~$1300. BUT still the policy was not part of the pre order / purchase information and to have this installed by them would have broken the bank even more.
When our 2007 Thomas Saf-T-Liner had an electrical issue they got us in quick and got it fixed quicker.
They are all wonderful people! Carl (Parts) and Shauna (Service) are awesome! Thank you is not enough, you and the team are wonderful!

They are still the best! They do an amazing job and really treat you with proper respect. I cant recommend them enough.
