Level Up Garage Door

We are very pleased with the selection, communication, and installation process of our new garage door and opener! Level Up really Stepped Up and Listened. We had a particular design aesthetic, door texture, R-value, and color compatibility in mind. Jesse was very patient and worked with us through several scenarios, looking at several different garage door manufacturers products...until we arrived at the best solution for us. To assist with our visualization, Level Up's digital imagery of our existing house and garage door..."re-imagined" with different door designs, different colors, and various window placements/sizes was very helpful and much appreciated! The install was seamless. They arrived as promised and replaced our 40-year old door, trim, frame, and rollers, plus our new opener..all in a half a day. Once we get a "wifi extender signal booster" for our garage (our new opener is wifi compatible via our cell phones ) and Level Up gets an "outdoor key pad" compatible with our new opener...they'll return and program/install both . Follow-up: Level Up Garage Door (Kevin) returned as scheduled..on time , and programmed/installed the new 'outdoor key pad', brought/programmed a second door fob/remote and connected our 'wifi extender booster'..so now our new garage door opener has camera availability and accessibility via our phone app . We are completely satisfied!!

Level Up did a great job replacing my springs in our RV garage. They also replaced the lights in the garage since they had a scissor lift. This was incredibly helpful. I recommend Level Up, thank you guys!

The tech the company sent out was amazing as well as his boss. My warranty company was trying not to approve my work order. While the boss was pressing the issue with my warranty company because they have previously approved this type/brand of garage door opener, the tech waiting patiently until it was approved. I would definitely recommend this company. And the tech did an awesome job with the installation.
