Mark came to my house to help us in an emergency. He was amazing. So polite and clean and tidy. He took his shoes off and hoovered up after him. Done an amazing job. I should have paid more to be fair. I recommend them fully. Trustworthy. Very quick response and transparent with costs and timescales.

Mark provided a fantastic service. As soon as I put my request in at Checkatrade I had a text from Mark with information and asking what times I would be available. He was able to come the same day and fix my broken lock. He provided a time frame and kept me updated (even getting to us early!) and did a brilliant job. He was very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I’m very impressed and will definitely be recommending Mark and will be using him for any issues I may have in future.

Lost the key on our new kitchen patio door which was closed and locked. We had no idea where the spare had gone 😞 Thankfully Mark was on hand to sort it out. Was on time, quick and left with no mess. Great price and couldn't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic service on a Saturday evening from Mark. Answered his phone immediately and was at the property, where a tenant was locked in her bedroom due to a broken door handle, within 30 minutes. Then Mark went back the next day ( on a Sunday) to mend the broken latch after picking up the part. Really outstanding service and will definitely use again. Highly recommend. Thanks Mark!

Mark did a fantastic job helping me with a tricky door modification and installing my new Aqara U200 smart lock. It wasn’t the easiest job — the door needed some adjustments and a few extra materials to get it just right — but Mark handled everything really professionally. He came back promptly once the extra materials were sorted and made sure everything was finished properly. In the end, the lock was up and running quickly, and he even took the time to show me how everything worked. What really stood out was how much care he put into getting it perfect, rather than rushing through it. You can tell he takes real pride in his work.
