Recently we booked a studio apartment with Leo's in Dubai. Paid EOI, they took a month just to give approval to us regarding refund. Now we still waiting for the company to payback the money to us. They don't share any email addresses to you to follow up either. So guys please be very careful if you're planning to place EOI, I would not recommend them at all.They are not very professional in dealing with refund, or complaint. Please check their policy on EOI.

BEWARE! - Leos Developments Dubai 1. Post paying deposit for purchasing an agreed unit and receiving confirmation, we’re informed that the unit has been sold to a different buyer. 2. No deposit refund until today and it’s been more than 11 weeks despite numerous assurances. Escalated the issue to Mark Gaskin but no support in providing resolution.

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone thinking of buying a home. The sales team in the U.K. office keep making false promises of calling me back. They never do call me back!! If they can’t keep basic promises why would you ever choose to spend your money with them!! If I could give no stars I would!
