Last winter, rodents made a home on my balcony patio furniture (it was covered), and it was absolutely disgusting. I honestly avoided going out there since. After searching on and off for a while, I finally reached out to Leo Home Solutions based on their great reviews.
Leo came out for a consult, gave me a very fair price to dispose of the furniture and disinfect the area, and was able to take care of everything on the spot. He finished in under an hour and was professional, respectful, and courteous in my home.
My balcony is finally usable again. I highly recommend Leo Home Solutions!

This is a rental property, tenant notifies me there are rats go in/out a crawlspace. This is a BIG headache. I immediately called five companies to get a quote.
Leo is the first one to show up (second day @ 9:00 AM) and goes up on the roof, into attic and under crawlspace. He did most thorough inspection than all the other four companies. In terms of price and warranty, Leo home solution is also most competitive one.
Their work was incredibly solid. I am impressed with their job. They proof the entire attic, roof, kitchen and crawlspace. They set the traps and come back regularly to check them.
I have worked with many contractors before, you do not find many like Leo as honest and straight-forward guy. Leo and his team knows what they are doing and take proud of their works.
Competitive pricing, great works, and professional services. I would strong recommend Leo and his team.
