Leland's Cabins

We took my wife’s sister to look at the Cabins at Lelands in Grandview and were given the tour by Mark. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials. I have a good bit of experience in building a home, construction and repair of our homes over the years and recognize quality when I see it. Mark is very knowledgeable of their products and is easy to talk with. They don’t cut corners and have very high standards for their houses. If you are in the market for a small, quality, reasonably priced and comfortable house come see Mark. He can design a house to fit your needs. My SIL may finally be making her choice.

I met with Dustin Leland to discuss and design a small home to build on my daughter’s ranch. He was extremely knowledgeable of his product. He had numerous creative suggestions that were both practical and attractive. The homes are so well made with so many finer details I wasn’t expecting. I also felt that in today’s market the pricing was on par, actually more reasonable! Highly recommend!

Leland's did an awesome job on our 1200sq/ft. cabin! We've had multiple engineers comment on how well built it is, and we've been very happy with everything in the 1+ year since it was delivered. Unrelated to Leland's, we hired a GC for our foundation who turned out to be vastly unqualified... So, our journey has been quite rough. But as we recovered, Leland's did everything they could to help when we needed it. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond. As for other comments made here on Google, be sure to look at how long ago those were. Our experience was great and communication was top notch. 👍

Highly recommend!!!! 5 star customer service, 5 star people, and 5 star builds! Purchased our little cabin a little over a year ago! I found Leland’s through a random facebook post, and from the very first message I sent, I received above and beyond customer service in every way. Communication was easy and quick. When it came to the actual build, I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to complete my house! This company produces amazing quality work! Customizing my cabin and seeing it get delivered on a truck was honestly one of the coolest experiences ever. If we ever decide to upsize we will 100% be return customers. And as a bonus, as you can see in the pictures, cabins are very cat-friendly (my floor plan included 11 windows)! Driving 5 hours to see the Leland's Cabins site in Grandview, TX was quite an experience! Within the 24 hours, of which I spent the nite before driving back home, I had the layout drawn up and all materials picked out to build my forever home. There have been last minute decisions and questions on both sides, but all have been IMMEDIATELY resolved. Karissa has had to deal with me on the phone and that is saying something! Not that I'm difficult, but just very chatty :D Knowing Karissa has my back, along with the rest of the team, I can rest easy knowing all is going well. My cabin will be completed and delivered soon; I can't be more excited! Thank you, Karissa, for being an A, #1 people person :D Well, I've been in my "Forever Home" for a year now. Some of the pics are of the 1st few months of it's existence and I have now had time to make it my own. I find myself in awe every time I come home. So many others who have visited also rave about the beautiful all pine wood walls and the layout of the rooms. I love my new home! The added screened-in porch makes evenings in Southeast Texas a favorite place to hang out. (No mosquitoes to bug you!) Have some land with nothing on it? Need a fantastic place to live? We have known for many years that we wanted to build a Lelands cabin on our land. We finally made the move and are so excited about this new adventure! We came out to look at the cabins and were met by Elvis. We just cannot say enough good things about him. He has not only made this process exciting and fun but has been so patient with us on ALL the many questions and changes that have come with this process. If you are on a similar adventure, please come out and look, and make sure to ask for Elvis! He has made this process so much easier and stress free!

I have ordered a cabin to be delivered to Colorado. Lelands' price, quality of craftsmanship, and personnel are AMAZING!! I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere. Thanks Becky for helping through the whole buying process and picking interior and exterior to look great.

We absolutely love our cabin. We had weather challenges and they still figured out how to get it to our spot. Thank you Dawn and Matt in the Kentucky office for all your help. We greatly appreciate working long distance with us.

Ramps are. Built on top of clean out for septic.including the irrigation tubing. Leland refused to listen when putting down a ramp.. Being told over and over again. What a cluster from people who created problems for homeowners that will last until. Do not order Whirlpool AC wall units. They are loudest in their class at 65 decibels. In a bedroom attempting to Sleep with 65 decibels whirring in your ear. This is where research for best and quietest might become evident. This product in these homes doesn’t portray the workmanship expected . Windows leak after only 3 months in cabin. Door provided by Leland for pet does not seal properly from outside allowing insects inside cabin. Toilets run continuously pushing strains on septic system. Quality of workmanship leaves so much to fix every day .

Leland’s built our cabin in December of 2021. The had many plans to choose from and made the entire process of choosing a plan, customizing finishes and details stress-free. The cabin delivery and set-up was smooth and on time. We have been living in our cabin for 18 months and are still happy with our cabin.
