We made an order of our dream kitchen from this store and it was great! Customer service was very good and helpful with how to design a kitchen from scratch tailored to your needs. The quality of the materials is exceptional and would definitely recommend it. It was reasonably priced and worth the money. Moulham helped us and was in good really responsive with all of our questions. And would definitely come back :)

Because it takes a long time for the order to be prepared in Germany and arrive, you might overlook some things before installation. But Mohammed was always ready to answer my questions. He was also ready to offer different solutions and options to suit various tastes and budgets. And the installation technician, Abu Alaa, may God bless him, was incredibly helpful. He even came for a site visit despite his busy schedule before the installation to make sure the location was equipped with the right outlets and wiring according to the design. The installation was completed smoothly in two days because we adjusted the space exactly as Abu Alaa instructed. Thank God! 😇 It was a long and patient process, but the results were truly worth the effort. The quality speaks for itself! 👌 Thank you and I appreciate Mohammed. 🙏 (Original) مطبخي اتوفقت فيه مع لايشت الحمدلله 🫶🏼 اشكر محمد مغربي على مساعدتي في تصميم المطبخ الأكثر من رائع وصبره خلال فترة عملية الطلب من : ١- التصميم ( يمكن اكثر من ٣ زيارات للمعرض الين قررت) ٢- اختيار الأجهزة ٣- آخر شي مرحلة التركيب لانها فترة طويلة الين تجهز الطلبية بألمانيا وتوصل قد تغفل عن تجهيز بعض الأمور قبل تركيب المطبخ ولكن محمد كان جاهز يرد على استفساراتي غير انه كان جاهز يعطي حلول وخيارات مختلفة عشان تناسب مختلف الأذواق/الميزانيات وكمان فني التركيب ابو علاء الله يوفقه ماشاءالله ما قصر وجاء زيارة تفقدية رغم جدوله المزحوم قبل التركيب عشان يتأكد انه الموقع مجهز بافياش وتسليكات حسب التصميم وبعدها تم التركيب خلال يومين بكل سلاسة لأننا عدلنا المكان زي ما وجهنا ابو علاء بالزبط ، الحمدلله 😇 يعني تجربة طويلة ويحتاج لها صبر ولكن النتايج حقيقة تستحق التعب ، الجودة تتكلم 👌شاكرة ومقدرة محمد 🙏
