We had the bad luck of crashing our motor due to flood water The lady on the other side of the line was very helpful and understanding of our situation. She arranged everything so, that we could have a coffee and a bite to get ourselves sorted out after our adventure and then be picked up soon after that Brilliant timing, Brilliant service( but I hope to never have to use them again) Thank you for getting us back home for a reasonable amount of money

As i was in a serious situation and needed my husband’s car moved asap. I rang Leicester Recovery and I spoke to a lovely lady called Michelle who was so friendly and helpful and kind and understanding my situation. When I arrived to my car the tow truck arrived within half and hour. The guy made sure he could get my car on the tow truck properly and made it look easy!! He was a lovely guy and gave me and my little dog that I had with me,a lift home and then he put the car into our car space. 5 star review from me. Joanna James

I used this local family business 'Leicester Recovery' to help get my Subaru to Northampton from Leicester. What a fantastic👏service, reasonably priced too. John and his wife were extremely friendly accomodating and very helpful. They also deal with 'scrap metal' and 'skip hire' too. I cant thank them enough. Having waited for over 2 hours for an RAC recovery vehicle to drive past us only t report us as not being there and closing the our call I was recommended to call this company. They were fast, reasonably priced and we communicated with a helpful human not an unresponsive app. Definitely recommended.

Had a problem with ny car, just as I was about to take it for an MOT. The car wouldn't start. I texted Leicester recovery and a vehicle mechanic came out and got it up and running in less than an hour. Really impressed, really professional, no fuss no messing and reasonobly priced.

They pulled us out of a steep ditch earlier today when the RAC couldn’t get anything done and left us stranded, one of their staff members took the time to stop and see if I was okay and provide details, upon ringing the lady in the office was incredibly helpful and reassuring, along came John with a great attitude and the tools and know how to get our car out and did what he had too, he got the car out with barely a scratch and with a big grin and a chuckle, amazing service and amazing speedy staff couldn’t of asked for anymore for the price, will always use this company from now on. Thank you to the team for saving our family car❤️

Broke down on a busy intersection on a Saturday dinner time.. Phoned around multiple companies that either kept me on hold or had annoying press button menu options.. With leicester recovery they answered straight away and were with me in like 15mins which during a stressful period, was awesome.. Fixed my car at their garage also and all said and done was very happy with the service.. Would use again but hopefully I won't have to 😁

I literally can't thank these guys enough. Ive used them 3 times now due to van breakdowns and everytime they've been prompt reliable and also reasonably priced. The recent time I'd been stranded by roadside for hours by RAC then was gonna have to wait another 3/4 hours to get recovered. But I contacted Leicester Recovery and they were there within 45mins. Excellent service! Highly recommended!
