Kyle and Donald did an outstanding job—absolutely flawless. The windows look spectacular! They communicated clearly, were extremely courteous, and worked quickly and quietly. I was even able to stay on work calls while they cleaned the window right outside my home office. After seeing the level of care and quality they delivered, I won’t even consider using another window service.

I removed my previous review as the owner, Kyle, finally reached out to resolve the issue with my poor Christmas light installation. I believed he was trying to make things right but after I removed the review he contacted me to inform me they would not be coming back due to my review and because he did not think they could fix them to my satisfaction. This company installed our Christmas lights very poorly, the pictures speak for themselves. We spoke with Kyle, who initially told my husband that it was completed that way because I was budget conscious--not once did I complain about the price. I simply said I would purchase the clips as he provided me the option to pay an additional $45 or purchase them myself. I purchased extra clips to make sure we had enough. Kyle told us he was going to call us to schedule to fix them the next morning. We never heard back from him either by phone, text, or messenger. Find somebody else to install your lights and don't waste $375 with these guys. Btw, the $375 is what they charged just to hang the lights as we provided the lights and clips. They also tried to charge me more than I was initially quoted but fortunately I had a screenshot of the price quoted. Additionally, prior to installation, I confirmed with the installer if light removal was included in the price and he called Kyle to confirm the quote DID include removal (I have this on camera). When I asked Kyle if they would be removing them he said "removal is included for an additional fee." I suggest you look for a reputable company with experience with holiday lights.

We scheduled Legends to clean our windows at our Laguna Beach house. A few of the windows were difficult to reach and they were able to get to them! During their visit we also learned they clean gutters, so we had them remove a plant that had grown in a very difficult spot of our gutter. Kyle diligently spent an hour digging it out! It was Amazing! They are fairly priced, prompt, friendly and professional! They also have Christmas lights. Bingo! A Full service company!

I reached out to Legends Window Cleaning, on short notice, to see if they had an opening to help me get my windows and backyard furniture ready for a party I was having the next day. Luckily, they were able to fit me in. They did an excellent job, everything was thoroughly cleaned and put back in place perfectly. Our technician’s work exceeded our expectations (his name was Casey). I found Legend’s customer service to be very professional and courteous. The contact platform they use to confirm appointment details is very helpful. Immediately following our cleaning services, I received an electronic bill that I was able to pay through ApplePay. No question I will use their services again and I have every confidence recommending them.

awesome attention to detail! arrived on time and cleaned all my upstairs windows as well as my Solar. They were nice to work with. They wore shoe covers inside the house too. Thumbs up! I’ll be using them again.
