Do not go to this clinic if you are looking for the physiotherapist to treat you as they will send some random girl to provide you the treatment and ironically she won’t even introduce herself. The first time you go the turban guy will do some assessment and later on he would hardly bother to even ask you how you’re doing and that girl will keep making you fool as if she is a physiotherapist but actually she’s not but as we misinterpreted other people might too. I got to know about her because when I was waiting at the front desk to pay my mother’s dues I saw her visiting card at the front desk thinking and I got to know that she is a kinesiolgost and not a licensed physiotherapist but then how come she has authority to diagnose and treat people without even giving her introduction. She recommended my mom to get an MRI scan for her back even though she is not qualified to give such statements. It was so strange to find this out that nobody explained us who she was. This misrepresentation is not only unprofessional but also raises concerns about patient care and safety. We drove 30 minutes to get into the clinic and then waited for another 20-25 minutes to get 10 minutes treatment from unprofessional person. I highly recommend the clinic to review their policies and ensure that all staff members clearly identify themselves and their roles to patients before providing any care to our loved ones. Transparency and honesty are essential in healthcare, and I hope the clinic takes steps to address this issue.
