I had a scheduled appointment with another company to fix my plumbing issue. They told me that the tile had to be torn out in order to fix the problem. 380$ and they would not retile the problem area. That would be another job for someone else. Probably 2 or 3 hundred more dollars. I canceled this service and went online for alternatives. That's how I found Legacy. I booked appointment for 3pm the plummer showed up an got straight to work. He finished in under 20min. Turns out all I needed was to replace the Faucet incredibly he had one in his truck so no need for home depot run. 120$ was the cost. I took a hot bath wright after he left. Thank Legacy plumbing.. GOOD JOB.

We had a leak coming from our ceiling and I called 3 different companies to get their bids. Legacy plumbing was one of them and let them know my availability and Julio was very accommodating to squeeze me in. His bid came in at a really good rate and his diagnosis was consistent with the other companies. I decided to go with Julio, he’s professional, knew what to do, was prompt and he gave us 3 year warrant on their work. I told him I was on a time crunch and he was very accommodating to fix the issue swiftly. Julio fixed our issue and I think I found our go to guy now. I will be turning to Legacy plumbing for future issues.

I woke up to a notice from the water district that we had a huge leak and our water had to be shut off. Julio came by and fixed it for us in less than an hour. The service was very fast, clean, and professional. We got clear answers to all our concerns and great advice on how to prevent any future issues. The price was excellent and the work is quality. Id strongly recommend them and will be calling again if needed

We were 10 days without hot water before Julio showed up. 10 days without hot water! The first company did a flush for 30% more than their competitors and then they ordered a part. They offered to adjust a valve before realizing the unit had failed entirely. Thanks for the flush. The next company missed/forgot they had an appointment. The next one just went dark as soon as I asked for a veteran’s discount. I got lucky and found Legacy. Julio dropped everything, cleared his calendar, and went above and beyond to sort through the mess and get the new tankless water heater covered by warranty and installed. He even followed up ensuring the family could bathe again and clean dishes. So stop looking and call Legacy. Customer service lives as exemplified by Julio and Legacy. Thank you.

We had them install a tankless water heater and a circulation pump. We now get hot water in all of our rooms in about 5 seconds, whereas it was taking a couple minutes of running the water previously. It took them a little longer than expected, but they stayed and finished that evening, which was so appreciated. They were responsive, cleaned up well and a great value. Would definitely recommend this company.

Julio came out for a pipe leak in our shower. He was quick and fixed the leak , and installed new fixtures .. he came back to patch the wall and was clean and quick

Jorge was very responsive, professional and easy to work with. They did a full pipe reinstallation. It was quick, clean and really well done. I highly recommend them, and will contract with them again with hesitation.

Julio came out because we are having an issue with our gas stove we were unsure if it was the line or range. He was kind enough to test the line and advised us it was the range. I have to say it was very refreshing to meet an honest professional. Although he couldn’t assist with repairing our range. We will definitely be calling him again should we have plumbing issues. I will as be sharing his information with my Family and friends.

I googled, called Legacy to install new takless water heater and wanted to get it done in a week. They promptyly sent out Jorge the very ext day. Jorge tunred out to be extremely knowleagable, was able to provide quote within hours, showed up next day with water heater and did extremely professional job. Reasonable price for a quality job, exceptional! Highly recommended!
