Julie deserves a 100 STARS! She came to my rescue when I locked my keys into a house after just moving in 3 weeks ago. I was going to get some medicines for the baby. I called 3 other businesses but being a weekend i wouldve been locked out for two days because some couldnt come and others had some rocketting prices. Julie was fair and put the utmost confidence in me for doing the job. I can highly recommend her expertise and services. Julie-Anne's simply the best! I had a problem with keys that I couldn't dislodge from their barrels. One of them had been lodged in for months. I called Julie-Anne, and she gave me some simple advice over the phone - and it worked! Ever heard of ANYONE fixing your problem without a fee?? She really knows her stuff, this one. And she has a straightforward and practical approach, with a good sense of humour. You won't regret calling her in. She's a gem.

It’s currently 2:30 in the morning, we were locked inside a 2 storey concrete courtyard area INSIDE a block of side-by-side townhouses with a deadlock on the front door (with the key still inside the lock to top it off) Julie was here within 15 minutes and managed to get us inside for a MUCH cheaper call out fee than any other locksmiths we called. Literal LIFE SAVER!! Thank you so much!!!
