Big thank you to Kristina Mathis at Legacy Appraisals, LLC. I needed an appraisal of my home ASAP and she was there the next afternoon. She was very professional and got the job done quickly despite the freezing weather and her report was finished in a couple days. Legacy Appraisals was quick, reasonable, and professional.
