Cole was fantastic! He spent around 3 hours on the appointment going over every little detail on the AC unit outside, the attic, and the thermostat together with his assistant. He was very detailed and communicative about what was wrong and how he diagnosed and repaired every problem with great clarity, competence and fantastic customer service.
