Kudos to this family business! I would like to say how impressed and satisfied I am with my service today. I desperately needed my expansion tank and Prv valve replaced. From the very first phone call I was able to book the free estimate visit with ease. Matthew was so nice, professional, and accommodating. He took his time explaining what was required for the repair service. He provided quotes as needed and he provided prompt efficient service. Did I mention that a warranty comes with his service as well. Leemook Plumbing is saved in my contacts as my go to for all plumbing services. Matthew was very knowledgeable, courteous and detailed with expertise in his field. He took the time to explain as well as listen. I was concerned about the time on a Friday but time was not an issue for him. I’m so glad I reached out because he had the solution to my water heater hissing knowing it was all because of a bad pressure release valve. He was able to quickly identify the issue with our toilet and replaced our toilet with a brand new one in less than 2 hrs and replaced the water valve with more efficient one. This was my second time using Matthew Leemook and once again it was 5 star service. I had the fill valve in a half bath toilet replaced. Matthew gave me time window of 12-3 and he texted me at 11:45 to tell he would be arriving at 12:00 which I appreciated.
