Buddhist Monks Bless LEELAWADEE Thai Massage & Skin Care

On Saturday just passed , 23./04/2022 and in keeping with their Ancient Thai traditions , the owners of LEELAWADEE Thai Massage & Skin Care , Apple and her Sister Arattha, invited 2 Buddhist Monks to Bless their business. This practise is an annual event that is also attended by Family and friends. After the Monks receive their offerings of food, flowers, some personal care items , and other forms of Merit by all of those in attendance , They poured the holy water according to the ritual, to complete the dedication of merit. The monks then sprinkled the holy water on the premises , to bring about good fortune and spiritual clarity.
As a final gesture of beneficence, the more senior monk anointed the front door of the shop with a soft white clay believed to bring health, luck, and prosperity to its occupants and visitors throughout the coming year. The vast majority of Thai People , as well as Businesses Owners observe this Ancient Tradition and many other Buddhist rituals throughout The Kingdoms of Thailand yearly.

If you take the time to look at the video you will see that whilst the intent and expected outcomes are somewhat similar to " Christianity " the Thai Spiritual belief system is nothing at all like " Christianity." .
In my opinion only , there is only one word to describe Thai Bubbliest beliefs and practises " Beautiful ". There should be more of it in the world.
