We have been plagued with leaking and flooding in our basement since we bought our house in 2011. We finally decided to get it taken care of by the pros. I found Corey through a Facebook post on one of my towns pages and I am glad I did. Corey came out to my house and explained in detail what he could do to solve our issues and kept in contact right up through the first day of work. His two guys (Zach and Rick)showed up bright and early two days in a row and did amazing work. They installed two high powered sump pumps with alarms and piped them right out to 2 bubble pots they dug in my yard. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Very happy with the results. UPDATE - Almost 7 months later and these 2 pumps have kept our basement very dry. Our sewer pipe trap on the finished side of our basement used to fill almost to the floor level when it rained hard. Now it doesnt even get an inch high. Glad we had this work done!

Each year at the end of winter I would get water seeping into my basement between the foundation walls and concrete floor when the big melting period happens. It prevented me from being confident in finishing a space for a game room down there as well as health concerns from potential mold etc. Now thanks to Corey and his crew I can finally begin construction with confidence in a dry basement thanks to their great job. Pump is super quiet and pumps with great pressure all the way out on the downhill side of my yard. Indoors the pipe runs about 50 feet, then another 30 feet underground away from the foundation. We had water coming into our basement every time there was a rainstorm. Since we had work done by Corey and his crew at LeBlanc Basement Waterproofing, we have not had a drop of water in our basement since. Extremely satisfied customer!

I will say Corey was very thorough and knowledgeable about the craft, however my experience was poor. I mentioned that I have been quoted egregiously in the past and that I just wanted two small French drains. The quote came back with retaining walls, a walkway, regrading, and more, which totaled over 15,000 dollars. Corey knew that I wanted to spend well less than that, and when he was going over the details with me, I was assuming it would be the most cost efficient option given what I had communicated. I felt that my concerns fell on deaf ears and that they blew the project well out of proportion.

LeBlanc Basement Waterproofing earned a 5-star rating in all aspects of my basement project!!!!! They installed a 73 ft. indoor French Drain, vapor barrier and sump pump upgrade. Corey offered a comprehensive solution to my flooding problem, Kristal provided excellent customer service with documentation and scheduling, and Paxton and Nate did a great job with installation. The quality of work and materials used were outstanding. Response time to my questions was rapid, and answers clear. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Mike and Zack were amazing! They were professional, personable, courteous and worked so hard all day! Very helpful diagnosing my drainage issue. Finding the footing drain pipe and cleaning it out can solve water problems.
