Lebed was the contractor hired by my builder on a house we were having built. I asked to have infrared heaters installed on my back porch, paid extra to my builder in advance, and dropped all of the supplies off at the jobsite when the electrical work was started. I spent about 30 minutes with the person who was working on site to let them know everything that was being installed and what needed to be done exactly. I gave him my number in case he had any questions so he could reach out to me. He even contacted me on a couple occasions to come to the site to explain the details again.
Fast forward 14 months after closing and I'm finally to a point where I'm having my electrician install the heaters, and as it turns out, having all of the supplies and direct access to me to ask questions, I'm now finding out that they ran the electrical for this incorrectly. I contacted him to see about having it corrected, and I'm being told that since my house is outside the warranty, there is nothing they can do to help me.
So now I'm having to pay, yet again, to have this job done the right way.
I certainly would not recommend having Lebed to anyone if this is the kind of customer service that is provided after the sale. It's too bad one star is the lowest option for a review.
