Great experience. Easy to contact and schedule. Chris was on time and very personable. I thought my chair was ruined from severe sun exposure. Chris matched the color perfectly and brought the chair back to its original condition. Could not be more pleased.

The leather service could not have been better. Chris called me right back, came a few days later, protected my floors, and worked hard to make my furniture beautiful again. Cleaning the leather was totally worth it and much better than trying to replace the furniture with the cheaply made items that are sold now. NLS was trustworthy, and I couldn’t recommend more.

Wonderful experience - I submitted a request online and they followed up right away and had me on their calendar within a week of speaking. Chris and Caleb were both very communicative and prompt. Caleb showed up on time - was friendly and professional - and did an absolutely beautiful job of repairing our leather couch. My dog tried to burrow in it and really scratched up the cushions - you would never know! Lovely local business to work with - I highly recommend!

Chris expertly restored two leather armchairs and ottomans that we received as hand-me-downs from family. After 20 years, the chairs showed sun discoloration and fading, and Chris made them look brand new again. The process was seamless from start to finish, very easy to communicate with and get a quote, and simple to schedule. Would highly recommend!

Chris came and fixed up my open box leather couch. He did an amazing job fixing up a few scratches and dings to get it looking new!! Chris is very friendly and definitely an expert of the field. He even left me some perfectly color matched paint for any dings and scratches to cover up in the future. Thank you!! Highly recommend

I reached out to Chris to restore 2/4 leather counter chairs. I was only expecting him to restore 2/4 but he cleaned up/color matched the other 2 chairs I had. All 4 chairs look brand new. He even came back the next day when I noticed a few dyeing mistakes. Highly recommend Leather Help. I will definitely use them again.

OUTSTANDING! Caleb did an amazing leather restoration on my 15y sofa. It looks new including the distressed appearance which is why I purchased it. The quality leather is outstanding. You pay for what you get. I would highly recommend Caleb( family owned business) to do any leather repair or restoration.
