I discovered the leadway eye clinic via an internet search, and I followed through with a visit for an eye condition that at that time was getting severe particularly the pain.
The Normal procedure of consultation, analysis and diagnosis was done.
For the consultation I would say I felt comfortable enough to express how I felt; as the consultant was warm in her approach and detailed in her methodology.
As for the Diagnosis, the medical devices currently in operation at the Gwarinpa branch was my main attraction to the clinic, given I only relied on a remote and visual assessment to make my choice. In this regard I believe I wasn't disappointed in person.
Lastly the diagnosis felt like a relief in disguise as I understood what I was now facing, moreso because I was involved in the process, which isn't always a very common experience in medical services today
In summary they know what they are doing here and it's not by trying to be unnecessarily sophisticated, but by being human centric without losing the technological touch.
Thanks and cheers
