It’s always a pleasure working with LHS in support of our HCP clients. As a care coordinator, I’m consistently impressed by the quality and efficiency of their occupational therapy assessments and reports. The quick turnaround times and comprehensive documentation provide exactly what we need to effectively support our elderly clients. A big shout-out to the wonderful and highly skilled Occupational Therapists at LHS, as well as the friendly and responsive admin team who are always ready to assist with any enquiries. - April (RAH ACT)

I found leading health solutions on google and called to book in an appointment. The lady on the phone that I spoke was lovely and really honest about their wait times, which was 10 weeks at the time. I explained that I had already decided on the scooter that I wanted, so it wasn't going to be a lot of work. She took the time to explain the process that the OT team need to go through to give me the most chances of success with the NDIS. When I met with my OT she was just amazing. She listened and was super respectful of the fact that I had done some of my own research. Whilst we were trailing the scooter I had found, my OT suggested we try a couple of other options I had not heard of, and I am so glad we did, because we found a much better option!
