Great service, great value! Ray was knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. In the midst of a terrible blizzard my garage door ‘broke’ and Ray arrived within 2 hours - and an hour EARLIER than he estimated! Did not charge a surcharge, unlike many of his competitors. Highly recommend, five-PLUS stars!

Called Monday with details and a video of issue. Diagnosed it by text and recommended an opener. Ray came and installed two days later. Didn’t really book a time, just told me it would be done by Wed. For a Chamberlain belt drive, one remote, wall button and app feature and install it came to $650+ taxes. Be aware that they only take cash or e-transfer in case that is an issue for you.

A couple of years ago, he replaced my garage door tension, and I was very happy with his work, professional, clean, and respectful. Today, my garage door wouldn’t open. I called him, and he answered right away. After asking me to send a video, he reviewed it and immediately identified the issue. My garage door spring broke and a friend recommended Ray. Super friendly guy — even though he was busy, he still managed to come the same afternoon I called. He fixed the springs quickly, straightened a small bend in the track, and even oiled everything up without charging extra. Price was reasonable too. These guys are very efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to garage door repairs. They travelled to our town just outside of warman and repaired the springs on 2 doors in 30 minutes. We were so impressed!
