This was unfortunately one of the worst spa experiences I’ve had, especially coming from the UK where the standards are much higher. I’ll explain why: 1. Unqualified Massage Therapists: The massage staff did not seem trained or experienced. They didn’t ask any basic questions about massage pressure or preferences, and there was no technique — it felt like they were improvising the entire time. 2. Very Poor Facial Treatment: The “facial” consisted of being left in a hot room with a mask on for about 3 minutes and that was it. No cleansing, no exfoliation, no detail — nothing that would justify calling it a facial. 3. Jacuzzi Is Not Private: The jacuzzi is shared and managed like a queue. You can only use it when the previous group decides they are finished, so there is no sense of privacy or relaxation. 4. Extremely Inappropriate Environment: While waiting, I could clearly hear people engaging in sexual activity in the jacuzzi. The staff also heard it and were aware of it. When I mentioned this, the staff member admitted the couple should not have been using the jacuzzi but did not seem concerned and did nothing to stop it. This spa appears to target male tourists who are seeking experiences involving sex workers. If that’s what someone is looking for, then this is the place. However, if you are looking for a genuine, professional spa experience, I strongly would not recommend it. To make matters worse, we paid around £400 for a couple’s treatment that felt like it was worth no more than £100. Overall, it felt like a complete scam.

I went here on a mom/daughter spa day. I made reservations via the fresha app listed on the website. A few days before my appointment I got a message that my services had been cancelled. I sent a message and they send me a link to pay 50% of the services, and reconfirmed my appointment. We arrived at the place 10 minutes before and rang the bell. No answer. I sent a message and called. No answer. We waited outside for 30 minutes and were leaving when the doorman said they had just opened. We went back up and rang, they opened and seemed confused. They told me they had just opened. We were told to sit and waited for a bit. I finally had to ask for our welcome cocktail. They brought out one cocktail and I finally went up and asked for the second. Finally our masseuse came and the services were nice and acceptable. They tried to upsell to a different service which we refused. We sat in the jacuzzi for 10 minutes then a young man came and loudly talked on his cellphone so we left to the other room and ordered a light lunch. We waited for our ‘complimentary’ skin assessment that never happened. At checkout I was charged for a completely different package and it was almost double of my original choice. I’ve asked for the receipt at check out and a few times via message and have yet to receive it. I would skip this place next time to somewhere more organized that does not change extra mystery charges, and feels like an actual spa where you can relax without having to hear loud phone conversations, and you can get a receipt.

Beautiful spa located in El Poblado. The interior is pristine and elegantly designed. The spa is complete with massage rooms, a jacuzzi and a cafe & bar. The staff are friendly and polite. Everything is perfect. We were very well taken care of throughout our entire visit. I highly recommend this spa.

It's a lovely place but depending on what you are used to, it's quite small. The massages are ok. I asked for strong pressure but received something more like pets. It also felt very mechanical, almost like the masseuse was counting the strokes for each move and then moving on to the next set abruptly dropping whatever body part she was working on. The facials however were phenomenal, my face simply glowed afterwards. The showers will make you want to stay in them for longer than acceptable and the staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The hottub with wine and cake were nice but nothing to be enjoyed for longer than half an hour. ‐----------------------------------------------- Since there is no way to respond to the response of the business I will leave it here: First of all thank you for your quick and kind response. You are right, we probably should have said something after the massage but we didn't discuss our shared experience in the moment as we were sharing the hottub with another guest of the facility so we kept our conversation general. After we left, we discussed the experience and realized we all felt the same, hence the feedback after the fact. As to the size of the space, it was not a dig at the facility, it is a beautiful and well designed space but if people are looking for day spas with large open space, this is not it as the setting is more private and intimate. It is not a negative in any way, just setting of expectations. Hope this clears things up 😊

My Must-Visit Spa when in Medellín The spa is beautiful and the services are great. I haven’t gotten any injectables or other high intensity aesthetic services but they seem to have a thorough menu of services for that. There are reception staff who are Spanish/English bilingual. Massages: Isabel! I’ve had a relaxation and a sports massage and loved both. The strong pressure and stretching motions of the sports massage was more relaxing to me and I fell asleep several times. NOTE: A practice I’ve gotten used to around the world is that when I have female massage therapists, they do not leave the room when I disrobe. On several occasions, including Le Spa Noir, they dim the lights, hang my robe, and I get on the table. This does not bother me and I’ve come to appreciate the casualness of it but it is different from other places that leave you and then knock to enter. If this creeps you out, just an FYI to prepare or ask for accommodations. Facials: I’ve had the deep cleansing and lifting facials and I liked both. I enjoyed the deep cleaning/hydrating session more (bc I like extractions) and my skin was beaming afterward. Aesthetic consultations: I had a 20 minute consolation about my skin concerns and didn’t feel pressured by upwelling to use their services. Josef was available to translate to English and that was tremendously helpful. They also offered to help me find a dermatologist where I live. Muy amable! Lounge/cafe: Someone else said this spa is small. I’d say quaint, and they use their space well. There’s a plush full service cafe to relax in before and after your service. Plus a jacuzzi to use at your leisure in addition to another cute small waiting area. They have accommodations for simultaneous massages and several private rooms. That said, it is NOT a sprawling (US) resort style spa. Unless you book the whole spa, I would not recommend you show up with a large group. I also like my privacy and I would not want to be there at the same time as a bridal party or guys’ pamper weekend. Customer service: They are attentive and I’ve never had any issues with double charging, hidden fees, or pushy sales tactics. When you book there is a 100,000 COP deposit required that you pay via a third party link. Don’t freak out. Location: The spa is located in an easy to find, non descriptive office building, currently under renovation. Don’t let the outside fool you!

Nice day spa with friendly staff and excellent service. They also boast a cafe inside that serves good drinks.

"I recently visited this massage place in Columbia and had a very disappointing experience. While the massage itself was great, the service and communication were terrible. They gave me a price before the massage, which I agreed to. However, after the massage, one of the girls asked if I wanted something extra, without mentioning any additional cost. I agreed, thinking it was included. At the end, she asked for money which I paid, including a tip. When I went to the main desk, they told me I still had to pay for the massage because what I paid the girl was only for the extras. This was never communicated to me beforehand. The lack of transparency and the feeling of being misled left me very upset. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. One star."

This place was absolutely spectacular! I have been to a lot of spas in my time and this blew me away. The staff was so accommodating, professional, and attentive. Everything was super clean! I would highly recommend this place if you go to Medellian! The services especially the facial was excellent. The lounge and jacuzzi was also wonderful. Go check it out for a spa day!!!

I’m not one to leave reviews but this one by far was worth it. I’ll leave it at that.
