That level of communication immediately put me at ease. My seven-year-old Shih Tzu, Lucas, can be a bit particular, but Jessica handled him with such patience, care, and professionalism. Her knowledge and expertise were evident in every part of the process—she didn’t just groom him, she tailored the experience to what was best for him. The end result was outstanding. Lucas looked absolutely perfect—one of the best cuts he’s ever had. You can tell Jessica takes real pride in her work and genuinely cares about the pets she works with. Jessica did an absolutely amazing job grooming our Malti-Poo today! We brought her a picture of the look we wanted and explained some of the things we hadn’t liked from a previous grooming experience with another company. She listened carefully and delivered exactly what we were hoping for. Our dog came back looking adorable, clean, and perfectly groomed. Beyond that, Jessica took extra time after the appointment to educate us on the best type of brush to use and shared several helpful grooming and care tips that we truly appreciated. My little girl looks beautiful each time, and I am confident that she is treated well based on how she acts when she sees her groomer. Jessica has been wonderful, both with my current baby and with my past elderly boy whom she treated and groomed with the utmost care and respect for his difficulties seeing and hearing. It is amazing how much more convenient it is to have a groomer, come to your home. You also know that your baby is not spending any more time confined while they wait for you to pick them up. Plus they have always been very accommodative to my scheduling needs and respond quickly to requests. Highly recommend.

I have an older dog and Jessica is so accommodating of his needs. She’s always prompt. I can depend they will be there when I make an appointment. Making an appointment is easy.
